The water feature in the outdoor garden space is very peaceful and relaxing. The lanai was enjoyable to watch sunsets at night, and is quintessential Hawaiian sunset material. Remarkable views of the ocean! Kitchen is large and has almost everything we needed. Upon arrival, we noticed the place was immaculately cleaned with tons of fresh linens, towels, and extra if needed. Hot tub situation needs to be fixed and addressed. It is only for use at certain times. Guests are adults and should be allowed to choose times for hot tub usage. You'll need good eyes at night to see in the kitchen as there is not adequate lighting. Not an issue for our stay, but note that the rooms remain very cool because of the AC's, but the rest of the place gets pretty warm by mid afternoon. Overall, we highly recommend this airbnb, and would happily stay here again. Wendy R

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and community, and the security staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Even though we didn’t use the hot tub, we found the amenities convenient and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, beautiful stay close to nature. The only drawback is that the living room area doesn’t have AC, which can be hot in the afternoon, considering we are working from home most of the time. Overall, it is a very beautiful place, and we would likely come back for future trips. Shufei M
  • May 13, 2024 My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days. Tall vaulted ceilings in the large common area was nice. The kitchen was well equiped and we enjoy cooking local fresh local fare. We loved the patio at sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was good for our achy bones after hikes and activities. Being a large gated community gave us an extra feeling of security, although we have never had an issue on any of the islands. This is a great place for 1, 2, or 3 couples. Mahalo Nui Loa! Mark G
  • Feb 29, 2024 Amazing setting with stunning sunsets. The outdoor patio and hot tub with beautiful views was the highlight. We hung out on the patio most of the time we were there. Even had coffee on the patio just as it was getting light. This is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery 2 minutes down the hill. The heart of Kona is about a 10 minute drive. It’s about a mile down to the ocean, but we could still hear the surf going to sleep. The cleaning fee seems a little steep and out of sync with usual fees. Lance J

Jun 08, 2023 Wish I would have stayed longer! The view is everything and more. Safe gated community. They have beach supplies there for you which was a very pleasant surprise. The pineapple house blew away my expectations. 10/10.. Highly recommend! Heather B
