Restaurants and shopping were walking distance. Beach was 2 min drive. Location, location, location! Communication was excellent down to the details. Plenty of parking for two cars.   • Oct 27, 2024 This property was beautiful!! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the pool nearby for a late night swim and relaxing in the jacuzzi. We had a car rental and many of the places were only within 10-20 minutes away. Poipu Beach only five minutes away. I recommend going to The Fresh Shave fir the best shave ice!! Delicious !! My family truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciate our host for being responsive to any questions we had. Book this property-- you won't regret it! Remelie Calilan

  • Jul 29, 2024 This was one of my favorite rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Exceeded expectations and even better than the photos. The host was very kind and left welcome treats and reached out with clear instructions. The space was immaculately clean, smelled great, had high end furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen. The garage had beach equipment we used daily. We had everything we needed to feel at home as 4 adults. I loved sitting on the patio watching sunsets across the golf course. It was also really quiet, I never heard another neighbor. And, we deeply appreciated having central A/C. We’re from a colder climate and we loved being able to take breaks to cool off inside. I would return here in a heart beat and fully recommend this as a rental near Poipu. Chelsea Brown
  • Jun 25, 2024 The condo is laid out perfectly to provide privacy for 3 couples with a large common space/kitchen for gathering as a group. The lanai overlooked a beautiful gold course, so was very quiet with a good view of the stars at night. The location is good, short walk to a small shopping mall, about a 15 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches or 5 minute drive —parking was really not to hard to find any time of day near the beaches. The condo also came equipped with boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels; floaters; balls—any thing a vacationer might want. I’d definitely recommend this condo. Gregory Winger

The property was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen and bath essentials, plus our first time experiencing an Airbnb with a welcome gift (Koloa rum bottle, coffee, chocolate macadamia & toffee nuts), nice touch. Property was close to excellent shopping (Kukui'ula), restaurants and beaches that met all our needs. Excellent accommodations for our family of 4 adults, toddler and infant. Welcome to Pili Mai, the modern and stylish abode that is sure to fill your next Hawaiian vacation with comfort and relaxation. Situated on the scenic Kiahuna Golf Course on the south side of Kauai with picturesque panoramic mountain views and the ocean just beyond, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 people in a clean and contemporary designed second-story condo with brand new plush furniture, high-speed internet and air conditioning throughout.

Step into the large and open-concept main room that connects the kitchen, dining area and living room. With tall ceilings, bright and ambient lighting, ceiling fans and a wealth of natural sunlight, this is the perfect space for your entire party to come together for cooking and sharing meals, entertainment, or just hanging out. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with a number of modern stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops, a central island with barstools, and sleek wooden cabinets. The dining area includes a table set for 6, and the living area includes ample seating options, a large television set, and access to the large and covered lanai (porch) with several lounge chairs from which you can gaze upon the lush golf course greenery.

The first master bedroom includes a King bed, television, partial ocean and golf course views, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and granite countertops. The second master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, television, desk area, garden views, and an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo. Accompanying this bedroom is also a cozy workspace area as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and access to the shared guest bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

Pili Mai is part of the Poipu condo complex, which means guests are invited to enjoy the many community amenities that are found throughout the grounds, such as the community pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, as well as the fully-equipped indoor fitness center. Pili Mai is located just minutes from Poipu Beach Park and the Shops at Kukuiula, with quick and easy access to many other dazzling Kauai beaches, upscale restaurants, luxury shopping centers, art galleries and even a gourmet farmers market. It is a 30 minute drive to downtown Lihue and to the Lihue Airport, and the Kaumualii Highway is an easily accessible road to explore the other amazing treasures of Kauai. Whether you spend your days traversing the tremendous Waimea Canyon, seafaring along the stunning Na Pali coast, strolling Old Koloa Town, or lounging by the pool, let Pili Mai be your comforting refuge after a full day of adventuring where you can relax in style.

The property was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen and bath essentials, plus our first time experiencing an Airbnb with a welcome gift (Koloa rum bottle, coffee, chocolate macadamia & toffee nuts), nice touch. Property was close to excellent shopping (Kukui'ula), restaurants and beaches that met all our needs. Excellent accommodations for our family of 4 adults, toddler and infant.
