  • Jan 23, 2023 Great Experience Overall had a great experience with Gather and this house. Check-in was simple, very good instructions by email. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. It's two levels, one BR upstairs and two downstairs. Beds, pillows, and towels were all high-quality. The best part was the pool/outdoor area. The pool is beautiful and is heated to the perfect temperature. There's a nice waterfall edge and some wonderful pool loungers. The upper level of the pool area has lounge chairs, a gas grill and a gas stovetop. The gas grill was of very high quality, and an extra propane tank was provided in case we ran out. The kitchen was nice, too. Dishes and glassware were good. There's a coffee maker, filters, and grinder. The oven, stovetop, and microwave were all high-quality and worked well. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't on - we turned it on but it doesn't appear to be connected to water. Ended up not being a problem. There are ice cube trays and a reverse osmosis water tap, so we made ice every day. Day of arrival, we bought a bag of ice from the grocery store that's literally a 2-min drive (or walkable). We didn't have any major issues during the stay. I was confident that if we did, the team was just a text away. It's a great house in a great location. We are very happy with the quality of the house for the price we paid. Would definitely return to this house and/or use Gather again. Mark J.

  • Jun 26, 2022 Fantastic Palm Villa This was a fantastic spot for our family of four, plus two grandparents. Two bedrooms on one floor, a third on another, made it great for privacy and spreading out. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room which created an excellent space for being together while preparing cocktails and meals and taking in the stellar views. Additional family room means there are two areas for entertaining so our kids had their own place to hang out. Two golf carts were great and made it easy and fun to explore the hotel property, and we loved the location on Waiulu St. A typical day for our family was getting up early and enjoying a few hours of exercise in the fitness center or pool or tennis center, spending mid-day poolside and then enjoying cocktails and dinner either at the villa or one of the many restaurants. In short, best family vacation we’ve had, and much due to the comfort of this Palm villa. We will certainly be back. Walker family

With one of the most extensive floor plans of any Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai villa, this ultra-luxe home is spread across two levels. Overlooking the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus signature championship course, Palm Villa 130B boasts stunning wraparound views including lush tropical flora, Mount Hualalai and the shores of Maui, and the iconic Hawai‘i sunset over the ocean each evening. After a full day of adventuring around the Big Island, you can enjoy endless entertainment with this home’s four large smart television sets, high-speed wireless internet, and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system. With high-vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning & ceiling fans, and a multitude of large window displays, this exquisite property allows fresh air and natural light to flow throughout the deluxe space.

On the upper level, you’ll find the bright and spacious great room with the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in a contemporary open-concept design that expands outward through sliding doors onto the upper covered lanai (deck) outfitted with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill station for enjoying the beauty of Hawaii’s natural environment. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and is furnished with fine wood cabinetry and smooth granite countertops. The bar stool seating along the large central island is the perfect place for entertaining guests while a master chef whips up a delicious meal. The kitchen expands into the formal dining and lounge area with a table that seats eight and a picture-perfect window seat for after-dinner relaxation while overlooking the greenery of the golf course at sunset.

On the lower level, you’ll find the grand media room, which includes a 75” smart television and ample couch, with two corner walls of pocket doors that open outward to the large covered lanai with seating to enjoy the view of the manicured lawn beyond. Adjacent to the media room is the luxurious primary bedroom suite that overlooks the golf course and is furnished with a king-size bed, private deck area, smart television, and walk-in closet. The tranquil ensuite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tropical atrium with an outdoor shower. The second guest room (lower level), has two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, private patio, smart television, and an adjacent full bath with an enclosed shower. The third guest room (upper level) includes a Queen bed, smart television, tropical views, and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Two 4-seater golf carts are included in your rental for cruising the resort grounds. An eight-minute walk or three-minute golf cart ride leads to the resort center with fabulous restaurants, pools, spa, boutique, and fitness center. Palm Villa 130B is centrally located on the popular Wai’ulu Street, the only Hualalai street with a pool and hot tub reserved for guests’ exclusive use. Beach amenities such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and towels are provided, along with local tips and recommendations to ensure you are well equipped for off-property excursions and adventures!

This magnificent Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai villa allows convenient access to the best beaches on the Big Island, including Kua Bay and Makalawena. Fine dining, upscale shopping and world-class spa treatments await within the resort community. Hualalai’s Jack Nicklaus Course, one of two incomparable golf experiences at the resort, is available to play for registered rental guests. Paradise awaits! Residential rental guests have the opportunity to enjoy world class hotel services and amenities at Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Payment of resort fees is made directly to the resort, which is a separate entity from Elite Pacific Vacations powered by Gather. Hotel services and amenities include:

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort.

If that’s not enough to keep you occupied, there are a ton of other exciting activities on the island to satisfy even the most daring adventure seekers. Besides visiting the beaches at the resort, you’ll want to head 30 minutes north to award-winning Hapuna Beach, excellent for both sunbathing and swimming, with powdery white sand and crystal blue water (beach gear is provided in the unit). If you like your beaches with a side of hiking, meander along the rocky lava fields to Mahai’ula beach, or continue along the path to the usually secluded Makalawena beach, where if you’re lucky you might spot a turtle in the water or a monk seal sunning on the beach. Finally, adrenaline junkies will have the time of their life ziplining over the tops of the forest in Kohala, a truly one-of-a-kind way to experience the beauty of the Big Island.

The addition of the golf carts is a must; they had nice amenities, and it was critical to have access to four seasons amenities as well, including the fitness center, pools, and restaurants. Jan 23, 2023 Great Experience Overall had a great experience with Gather and this house. Check-in was simple, very good instructions by email. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. It's two levels, one BR upstairs and two downstairs. Beds, pillows, and towels were all high-quality. The best part was the pool/outdoor area. The pool is beautiful and is heated to the perfect temperature. There's a nice waterfall edge and some wonderful pool loungers. The upper level of the pool area has lounge chairs, a gas grill and a gas stovetop. The gas grill was of very high quality, and an extra propane tank was provided in case we ran out. The kitchen was nice, too. Dishes and glassware were good. There's a coffee maker, filters, and grinder. The oven, stovetop, and microwave were all high-quality and worked well. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't on - we turned it on but it doesn't appear to be connected to water. Ended up not being a problem. There are ice cube trays and a reverse osmosis water tap, so we made ice every day. Day of arrival, we bought a bag of ice from the grocery store that's literally a 2-min drive (or walkable). We didn't have any major issues during the stay. I was confident that if we did, the team was just a text away. It's a great house in a great location. We are very happy with the quality of the house for the price we paid. Would definitely return to this house and/or use Gather again. Mark J.

Jun 26, 2022 Fantastic Palm Villa This was a fantastic spot for our family of four, plus two grandparents. Two bedrooms on one floor, a third on another, made it great for privacy and spreading out. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room which created an excellent space for being together while preparing cocktails and meals and taking in the stellar views. Additional family room means there are two areas for entertaining so our kids had their own place to hang out. Two golf carts were great and made it easy and fun to explore the hotel property, and we loved the location on Waiulu St. A typical day for our family was getting up early and enjoying a few hours of exercise in the fitness center or pool or tennis center, spending mid-day poolside and then enjoying cocktails and dinner either at the villa or one of the many restaurants. In short, best family vacation we’ve had, and much due to the comfort of this Palm villa. We will certainly be back. Walker family
