  • Nov 04, 2025 Everything was very clean when we arrived. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which was VERY nice. All appliances were clean and in great working order. The beds were comfy. We are not air-conditioning people, so it was great to have two fans supplied to keep the place at a good temp. We were here in the fall, so we only needed the air a couple of days. We requested a couple of extra hours before we checked out because we had a late flight, and we received a prompt response and the ability to stay a bit longer. The unit is directly across from the pool, which was nice, and we could walk to the sunset viewing place in 5 minutes. There is a walking path that goes everywhere—nice for morning and evening exercise. We would definitely come to this specific unit again. Diane G

The free parking and washer/ dryer is what did it for me. It made our stay so much more efficient. The location was right next to the golf course, and stroll to the cliff with an amazing view of the ocean. We were a short walk from the gorgeous 1 Hotel.   • Sep 01, 2025 Absolutely amazing! Absolutely amazing! Last year we stayed at a resort but were on a tighter budget this year. I was hoping we would enjoy the location and amenities this place offers as much as we enjoyed the resort last year and it was over and above our expectations! Incredibly clean place and the open concept with garden view through the big windows made it gorgeous! So many perks with the fully stocked kitchen to cook any type of meal and the beach chairs, snorkel gear, lunch bags, beach mats...saved us a lot of money not having to rent that stuff! We could walk to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach which was awesome! Host was super friendly and accommodating and responded immediately to any question. We for sure are coming back to 414 Emmalani Court next year! Brooke J

The one window AC in the room with twin beds did a good job with keeping the entire home comfortable. The drive into Hanalei everyday was nothing short of beautiful and being able to catch the sunsets off the golf course every night was incredibly special. Our 4 year old had the best time golf ball hunting right off of our porch and all of the neighbors were so kind and would even hide some for him. Easily our most memorable family vacation and this airbnb played a huge part in it! Ashley W

  • Oct 07, 2024 414 Emmalani was an absolute gem of a place to stay. The views around the area were absolutely spectacular. Sipping coffee on the lanai was a nice way to enjoy the morning sunrise. It’s an easy walk along the golf course to enjoy the views of the Pacific. Turn around and the views of the mountains are just as spectacular. The property was clean, well furnished, and well stocked for all your beach adventures. The pool was a nice amenity for N after dinner swim. The boats were prompt and proactive with all communications. We would definitely stay again. Philip F

The kitchen was well equipped with dish ware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, snap ware for food storage etc. We had everything we needed! We appreciated the towel drying racks and full sized washer and dryer. We were amazed at the full closet of beach equipment, chairs, hats, snorkel gear, umbrellas, a soft cooler and even a football! The guest room a/c was very good and lots of fans were provided to circulate the cool air when needed. Quiet place to study and lots of room on the couch to relax. Short walk to watch the sunset bordering the golf course and we loved the red tea plants and nenes outside of our window each morning. Within 3-4 min drive to Queens Bath, Hideaway Beach and the Princeville shopping center for Foodland errands. We felt safe and enjoyed the quietness of the area.   • Sep 06, 2024 This is a great location in Princeville. It's walking distance from Hideaway Beach, The Queen's Bath, and Hideaway's Pizza Pub (which makes great pizza). Being up on the bluffs you get great sunsets and an ocean breeze and it backs up to the golf course greenbelt so passing ne'nes are a common attraction. Out the front door and your just steps from the pool. Parking was easy and it's a quick scenic ride down the hill to Hanalei. The a/c unit does a decent job of cooling down the place if you need a break from the heat and the kitchen is well stocked. There are several masks but few snorkels and one set of fins, a bunch of body boards, hats, chairs etc. Overall this place is a winner and the host was very responsive even though we never needed anything really.   • May 22, 2024 Nice place right in Princeville. Plenty of parking in the condo area. Only AC unit is in kids room but with other fans and mild Kauai weather we were fine. Walks are so beautiful. Long walks or short drives to everything. Large master bathroom luxurious. Kitchen well equipped (bring your own coffee!). Liked the beds and linens. Beach chairs umbrellas for 4 were great, coolers and snorkel stuff for two came in handy. We could hear people in the unit upstairs so not completely quiet but no big deal. Would rent again! Aaron L

Loved that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, tupperware, silverware, pans, cutting boards etc. It was a nice peaceful stay, and we really enjoyed the pool which is kept super clean at a fantastic temperature! Only one of the bedrooms has ac, as mentioned in the listing, but there were plenty of fans to stay relatively cool. The property manager Sophia was always quick to respond to emails, and made sure we had a pack n play ready for our baby to sleep in when we arrived. Barbara V

It also stayed cool and comfortable throughout the day with the fans and air conditioning. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, making it easy to check in/check out and gave us a lot of good info. The resident manager of the condos, Chris, was also awesome. He was very kind and helpful and help make us feel at home. Randi S

But nothing could top the albatross baby’s that were in the back yard ( golf course) they were so cute and the adults spending hours courting each other was pretty magical.   • Oct 20, 2023 This is a great place to stay. It backs up to the 8th hole of the golf course. It's a couple minutes walk to the tee box of the 8th hole to watch gorgeous sunsets every night. We also walked to the hotel at the end of the street for great drinks and food. The place itself is as described. There were 2 of us and we each had our own privacy in our bedrooms. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and the washer/dryer are nice to have when doing all of the beach hikes. Only note, there is 1 A/C wall unit in the front bedroom only. It does an ok job of cooling the place. However, if the weather is hot, the 2nd bedroom will be quite warm. All other things about this location are as noted. I would stay here again. The location is great. There are many private beaches that you can hike to. Secret Beach is my favorite. It is hard to find, and G maps does not locate it well. Try putting in Secret Road. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. There were extra internal doors for privacy which was nice and you could also open everything up for a nice cross breeze. We really loved our stay.   • May 04, 2023 Such a great stay! We traveled from the Napoli Coast down to Poipu and this location was great for us with little kids. Would 100% stay here again, my only complaint is that the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom with the twin beds and it did get a little stuffy inside, but that aside, I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay on Kauai! ❤️ Christina S
  • Apr 25, 2023 The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Really clean and open space. It is located directly across from the pool and hot tub, which is also very clean. It was great having a pool on days when beach weather wasn't as good of an option. The kitchen had all the items needed and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all included. The host also had beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet of the spare room. We enjoyed going a few times to hideaway beach which is in walking distance from the condo (the trail is a steep hike down.) Communication was great with the manager and we have no complaints. The air conditioner was also handy to help us Alaskans get acclimated to the Hawaii temps. Gorgeous grounds. I had an issue and had to cut my stay short with little notice, but Sophia handled the situation with professionalism and understanding and accommodated me quickly with no hassle. Oct 07, 2024 414 Emmalani was an absolute gem of a place to stay. The views around the area were absolutely spectacular. Sipping coffee on the lanai was a nice way to enjoy the morning sunrise. It’s an easy walk along the golf course to enjoy the views of the Pacific. Turn around and the views of the mountains are just as spectacular. The property was clean, well furnished, and well stocked for all your beach adventures. The pool was a nice amenity for N after dinner swim. The boats were prompt and proactive with all communications. We would definitely stay again. Philip F

Sep 14, 2024 We had a relaxing and wonderful stay. Every room was very clean, spacious and bright. The kitchen was well equipped with dish ware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, snap ware for food storage etc. We had everything we needed! We appreciated the towel drying racks and full sized washer and dryer. We were amazed at the full closet of beach equipment, chairs, hats, snorkel gear, umbrellas, a soft cooler and even a football! The guest room a/c was very good and lots of fans were provided to circulate the cool air when needed. Quiet place to study and lots of room on the couch to relax. Short walk to watch the sunset bordering the golf course and we loved the red tea plants and nenes outside of our window each morning. Within 3-4 min drive to Queens Bath, Hideaway Beach and the Princeville shopping center for Foodland errands. We felt safe and enjoyed the quietness of the area. What a great place to stay for a visit to the north shore! Stephanie S
Sep 06, 2024 This is a great location in Princeville. It's walking distance from Hideaway Beach, The Queen's Bath, and Hideaway's Pizza Pub (which makes great pizza). Being up on the bluffs you get great sunsets and an ocean breeze and it backs up to the golf course greenbelt so passing ne'nes are a common attraction. Out the front door and your just steps from the pool. Parking was easy and it's a quick scenic ride down the hill to Hanalei. The a/c unit does a decent job of cooling down the place if you need a break from the heat and the kitchen is well stocked. There are several masks but few snorkels and one set of fins, a bunch of body boards, hats, chairs etc. Overall this place is a winner and the host was very responsive even though we never needed anything really. We would definitely return. Miles M

May 22, 2024 Nice place right in Princeville. Plenty of parking in the condo area. Only AC unit is in kids room but with other fans and mild Kauai weather we were fine. Walks are so beautiful. Long walks or short drives to everything. Large master bathroom luxurious. Kitchen well equipped (bring your own coffee!). Liked the beds and linens. Beach chairs umbrellas for 4 were great, coolers and snorkel stuff for two came in handy. We could hear people in the unit upstairs so not completely quiet but no big deal. Would rent again! Aaron L
May 09, 2024 Had a great stay at Emmalani 414! The space was nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, tupperware, silverware, pans, cutting boards etc. It was a nice peaceful stay, and we really enjoyed the pool which is kept super clean at a fantastic temperature! Only one of the bedrooms has ac, as mentioned in the listing, but there were plenty of fans to stay relatively cool. The property manager Sophia was always quick to respond to emails, and made sure we had a pack n play ready for our baby to sleep in when we arrived. Barbara V

Apr 07, 2024 We had an amazing stay. The condo was clean, well put together and very comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group and had all the amenities we needed. It also stayed cool and comfortable throughout the day with the fans and air conditioning. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, making it easy to check in/check out and gave us a lot of good info. The resident manager of the condos, Chris, was also awesome. He was very kind and helpful and help make us feel at home. Randi S

But nothing could top the albatross baby’s that were in the back yard ( golf course) they were so cute and the adults spending hours courting each other was pretty magical. Another small consideration was super useful: leftover containers in the very well equipped kitchen, it really helps when you have lots of Costco food leftovers. Appreciated the clothes dry racks and lots of hooks to hang things. Lastly, the Emmulani property manager, Chris, was a great resource to us. Sophia from Gather was a good communicator as well and gave us a heads-up on all aspects of the reservation. Douglas S

Oct 20, 2023 This is a great place to stay. It backs up to the 8th hole of the golf course. It's a couple minutes walk to the tee box of the 8th hole to watch gorgeous sunsets every night. We also walked to the hotel at the end of the street for great drinks and food. The place itself is as described. There were 2 of us and we each had our own privacy in our bedrooms. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and the washer/dryer are nice to have when doing all of the beach hikes. Only note, there is 1 A/C wall unit in the front bedroom only. It does an ok job of cooling the place. However, if the weather is hot, the 2nd bedroom will be quite warm. All other things about this location are as noted. I would stay here again. The location is great. There are many private beaches that you can hike to. Secret Beach is my favorite. It is hard to find, and G maps does not locate it well. Try putting in Secret Road. Jun 01, 2023 This condo was amazing! It was super clean and spacious and had everything we needed- kitchen equipment, beach toys and chairs, and a brand new washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. There were extra internal doors for privacy which was nice and you could also open everything up for a nice cross breeze. We really loved our stay. May 04, 2023 Such a great stay! We traveled from the Napoli Coast down to Poipu and this location was great for us with little kids. Would 100% stay here again, my only complaint is that the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom with the twin beds and it did get a little stuffy inside, but that aside, I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay on Kauai! ❤️ Christina S
Apr 25, 2023 The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Really clean and open space. It is located directly across from the pool and hot tub, which is also very clean. It was great having a pool on days when beach weather wasn't as good of an option. The kitchen had all the items needed and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all included. The host also had beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet of the spare room. We enjoyed going a few times to hideaway beach which is in walking distance from the condo (the trail is a steep hike down.) Communication was great with the manager and we have no complaints. The air conditioner was also handy to help us Alaskans get acclimated to the Hawaii temps. Gorgeous grounds. Would recommend leaving the front screen door closed at all times, as we had a few unwanted visitors join us through the gap under the front door. Rachel G

Sep 12, 2022 I would definitely rent again! I came to run the Kauai marathon and Sophia’s property was great to recover at! Rental was clean and check in easy. I had an issue and had to cut my stay short with little notice, but Sophia handled the situation with professionalism and understanding and accommodated me quickly with no hassle. I highly recommend her. I would definitely rent again! David F
