This beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa had every amenity we needed for a memorable family vacation. The separate mother-in-law suite and outdoor shower were ideal for giving our guests their own private space, while the main home had a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My daughter enjoyed every minute, especially with all the family games, beach toys, and pool essentials on hand. The Hualalai Resort will host the annual Chairman’s Club event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. We recommend inquiring prior to booking if your stay falls within these dates. Our team is happy to assist with any questions to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Situated on the west coast of the Big Island of Hawai‘i, this luxurious Hainoa Estate offers an open-concept design that connects the interior living & dining area with the exterior lanai, swimming areas and panoramic coastal views. Located within the exclusive Hualalai Resort, this exquisite Japanese inspired home was recently redone by the award-winning Henderson Design Group to inspire an atmosphere of both modernity and serenity. The Hainoa Estate can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests in the 4 Guest Suites, and is suitable for friends, couples, and families with children.

Each of the 4 guest suites are equipped with individual climate control and ceiling fans for your comfort day and night, and all include en suite baths. Amenities, unique to each suite, include a variety of shower, walk-in shower, tub, soaking tub, vanity, dual vanity, walk-in closet, kitchenette, outdoor shower garden, bedside ocean views, and private lanai. Complimentary Malie Organic bath products are provided, as well as a dedicated and fully stocked laundry room. The main lanai (porch) is situated around a precisely manicured green space, and includes both a private infinity pool and private spa area, while boasting year-round sunset views of the spectacular Kona coast. A child safety fence can be erected around the private pool by request (set-up fee applies).

Guests can lounge in style on the multitude of contemporary furnishings placed both inside and outside of the home. Cook in the modern, fully equipped kitchen and eat around the grand formal dining table fit for up to 8 guests, or fire up the outdoor grill for a sizzling barbecue of the day’s fresh catch and bask in the beauty of the sunset. With lightning fast WFi, premium flat-screen smart televisions, and a dedicated media room, guests can enjoy their favorite entertainment throughout the entire home.

Enjoy total privacy in this serene garden oasis. 2 golf carts that hold 4 passengers each are included for your enjoyment to explore the Hualalai Resort, as are beach supplies such as chairs, blankets and umbrellas for off-site beach excursions across the Big Island. Since the Hainoa Estate is situated within the Hualalai Resort, guests can enjoy the independently operated world-class amenities of the Hualalai Resort, for the whole family to enjoy, such as the Sports Club & Spa, Tennis Club, Jack Nicklaus-signature Championship Course, Ocean Activity Center, the various hotel beaches & restaurants, and many more. The Hainoa Estate is conveniently located directly off of the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway, with easy access to the entirety of the Big Island, and it is only a short 10 minute drive to and from the Kona International Airport. The resort’s concierge service can arrange airport pickups & drop-offs, as well as assist guests in car rentals to discover everything that the Big Island has to offer.

Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
