  • Dec 20, 2025 perfect This house was perfect for our extended family grouping of 9 andults and 2 toddlers. 2 dish washers, 2 refrigerators and two washer dryer sets was an appreciated luxury and made life easy for us. The location has pros and cons - it is walkable to everything, but if you are like us, we had lots of big cars and the parking area was small and the road was very busy to get out of the driveway. We loved being all together enjoying the shared spaces, especially the lanai which was very safe for our youngest grandson of 19 months. Plenty of bedrooms, most with a view of the ocean and very nice spacious bathrooms. We made wonderful memories on this trip of a lifetime! Carole T

  • Jan 08, 2024 The location is perfect! On the main drive where shops and restaurants are, but far enough away that you don’t get much noise. People in the area are really friendly and helpful. The house was stocked with enough towels, and kitchen supplies for our party of ten. Dishwasher pods, laundry pods, body boards, fishing rods, beach towels. You name it. Before going grocery shopping come to the house and check out the pantry. We tried to replace everything we used, and left back stuff for others like paper towels and dish soap etc. We loved the view. The hot tub was great. It was quite windy most days we were there, someone did come and clean out the pool when we asked if someone could come clean it. We did have an issue with one room, there was a smell in the bathroom, but it was addressed immediately and fixed. Our group of 10 had a great time. We would love to come back to this house again!!   • Aug 01, 2023 An amazing large home right on the ocean. Beautiful views! House layout is perfect with an open floor plan from the large modern kitchen to a huge dining room leading into the living room with huge glass doors that open to amazing views of the ocean. The 5 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom are spacious and have balconies that have ocean views (all of except one bedroom). There is a media room with a large sofa and ottoman that we used as a 6th bedroom. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 15. The open floor plan allowed for great family time together and the beautiful ocean views were truely breathtaking…I could have sat on the patio or balcony taking it in forever. Lots of anemities-fishing poles, boogie boards, snorkel gear, high chair, pack-n-play. Private parking for 3 large SUV’s. We had a great Vacay…It was had to leave on checkout day but we are taking so many great memories with us. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Denise O

  • Jun 17, 2023 My boys and I have been going away every summer for over 10 years. We meet up with my brothers and their families in different states. This summer it was Hawaii at the Dolphin Manor and I said to the kids, "I don't think we will ever be able to top this place." The kitchen is my dream kitchen and was stocked with sharp knives and top-of-the-line pots, pans, dishes, and any kitchen gadget you could think of - rice cookers, coffee/teapots, blenders, grinders etc. But it was "nature bathing" for tired souls from the east coast that got me - ocean therapy each morning, sunsets each evening, walks to town, etc was perfect. There were lots of places for our party of 9 to spread out around the house and patios. The pool is very small so we didn't use it much. We were able to get to our destinations easily. though we did need to drive to every place but the farmers market. I would love to go back and stay again some day. Theresa M

We did have an issue with one room, there was a smell in the bathroom, but it was addressed immediately and fixed. Our group of 10 had a great time. We would love to come back to this house again!! Nov 14, 2023 We stayed at Dolphin Manor for a week (9 adults, 1 toddler and 1 child) and had a fantastic time. The place is beautiful, with amazing views overlooking the ocean. The house was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a high chair and cot, pool and beach toys, and beach towels. The pool was small but was perfect for what we needed, and had a beautiful view. All rooms had ensuites, and the laundry was great with two sets of washers and dryers. The host was excellent and very responsive. The place is very close (short drive, or walk) to shops and restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again! Jill N

Aug 01, 2023 An amazing large home right on the ocean. Beautiful views! House layout is perfect with an open floor plan from the large modern kitchen to a huge dining room leading into the living room with huge glass doors that open to amazing views of the ocean. The 5 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom are spacious and have balconies that have ocean views (all of except one bedroom). There is a media room with a large sofa and ottoman that we used as a 6th bedroom. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 15. The open floor plan allowed for great family time together and the beautiful ocean views were truely breathtaking…I could have sat on the patio or balcony taking it in forever. Lots of anemities-fishing poles, boogie boards, snorkel gear, high chair, pack-n-play. Private parking for 3 large SUV’s. We had a great Vacay…It was had to leave on checkout day but we are taking so many great memories with us. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Denise O

Jun 30, 2023 Perfect set up for two families with teens. Mornings on the porch sipping Kona coffee were priceless. We also loved the private snorkeling spot right in front of the house. Use the large flat rock for entry 🌊 We can’t wait to visit again! Pavlina M
Jun 17, 2023 My boys and I have been going away every summer for over 10 years. We meet up with my brothers and their families in different states. This summer it was Hawaii at the Dolphin Manor and I said to the kids, "I don't think we will ever be able to top this place." The kitchen is my dream kitchen and was stocked with sharp knives and top-of-the-line pots, pans, dishes, and any kitchen gadget you could think of - rice cookers, coffee/teapots, blenders, grinders etc. But it was "nature bathing" for tired souls from the east coast that got me - ocean therapy each morning, sunsets each evening, walks to town, etc was perfect. Thank you for a memory that will last a lifetime. Nina D

The host was super responsive with literally everything, allowing some of us early access (early flights!) and granting late check out. There weren't any coffee filters on site and they came twice in the same day to make it right. Couldn't have been more pleased with their care, from start to finish. Mahalo! Jeremy A

Aug 15, 2022 We had a wonderful stay, the view was incredible!!! We had a wonderful stay, the view was incredible!!! It was so hard to leave. There were lots of places for our party of 9 to spread out around the house and patios. The pool is very small so we didn't use it much. We were able to get to our destinations easily. though we did need to drive to every place but the farmers market. I would love to go back and stay again some day. Theresa M
