Aug 29, 2023 Initial online communication was very businesslike and impersonal. However, upon arrival, telephone communication was excellent, responsive, friendly and welcoming. Working with Katrina was wonderful. The house shows excellent craftsmanship and construction. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. This was an incredible setting for our marriage. One member of our group commented that they had forgotten the beauty of Hawaii. This visit renewed their desire to return. In short, our visit and experience could not have been better. The property, location, and specifically Katrina, exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend and would definitely return. Jun 10, 2023 We were very pleased with our stay at this property. Very clean and everything we needed was available. The property was true to the listing, and the beautiful yard/lanai view in the pictures is real! Check in/out was very easy and communication with the property manager was simple and unintrusive. The property is nestled in a nice neighborhood, and there is a great family friendly beach very close by. Our only complaint was that the property is a little bit of a distance from everything we wanted to do (Pearl Harbor, North Shore, Waikiki) but that was completely our fault. Well maintained, lush landscaping and pretty green lawn roll down to the legal seawall. Dramatic surf and big blue ocean views. Whale watching too!

A/C Notes: Whole House Central A/C
Air Conditioning:
We find that opening the doors and allowing the tropical breezes to cross ventilate the house is such a treat here in Hawaii…true indoor-outdoor living! However, there is central air conditioning should you desire additional cooling. The temperature should not be set below 70 degrees and should be set to 80 when leaving the home to conserve energy costs. We ask that you turn off when no one will be home.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. Please Inquire.
