We took walks each morning on the greenbelt walking trail that has an easy 7 minute walk to 2 different beaches. Perfect for our young family. We would definitely stay again. Mike S

We had everything we needed to spend 8 days in Kauai, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas, comfy furniture and beds and some welcome puzzles and books for the few rainy days. Please be aware that exterior painting on Building B at The Villas will take place from October 6, 2025, to November 10, 2025. Work will occur Monday through Friday, excluding Poipu Kai-observed holidays, and may involve limited activity on lanais. The project includes power-washing and painting of all exterior surfaces, with progress dependent on weather and unforeseen conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Sunny south Kauai beckons from this gorgeous three-bedroom, three-bath Villas at Poipu Kai condo, where modern amenities meet a sense of old Hawaii. Elegant décor, garden views, central air, high-speed wireless internet, and smart flat-screen televisions provide a beautiful, comfortable setting for your Hawaiian getaway.

The primary bedroom at Unit B111 features a four-poster bed, direct access to a lanai, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and dual vanities. A fully appointed kitchen with fine finishes offers bar seating, with a more formal dining area for six just beyond. Nearly an entire wall of the living room opens to a spacious covered lanai with open-air dining and space to recline and relax.

The Villas at Poipu Kai also boast a peaceful pool with plenty of places to lounge, as well as a community hot tub, a well-equipped fitness center, and barbecue grills. Manicured grounds with waterfalls, fountains, and palm trees envelop you in a tropical paradise.

With Poipu, Brennecke’s, and Shipwreck beaches each a short stroll away, guests can take advantage of Unit B111 ’s beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, sand toys, and boogie boards. Brennecke's Deli and Brennecke's Beach Broiler serve lunch and dinner nearby, and a five-minute drive leads to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula, both of which have an assortment of dining and shopping possibilities. Another five-minute drive brings guests to Old Koloa Town, where historic plantation buildings have been carefully renovated to create a charming village with additional restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store. Guests can reach Waimea Canyon in an hour and the lush north shore in 90 minutes, with many natural wonders to discover in between.
