Aug 21, 2024 This was our first time on the big Island, and a very last minute end of summer trip for our family. We really didn’t know or plan out our trip but it turned out amazing. The location of the condo was great, if you’re looking to explore the Kona area of the island. It’s also close to the Main Street where there is food, etc which is within walking distance. Communication from the Elite pacific team (property manager) was impeccable and efficient. There were a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. A little side note that there were a few bugs and even a little lizard (which we helped outside)that we spotted throughout the condo but I think it’s normal for this side of the island. My family and I are very grateful for stay and will definitely be back! 🌺 Lorena Ruiz Gonzalez

Mar 21, 2023 Wonderful value. Amazing local beaches Wonderful location. There was ease of ammenities for a longer time stay. We grilled by the pool and swam often in the lightly salted pool (which was nice after an ocean day). It was difficult to figure out heating cooling consistency but that was more my challenge being from the main land. great value. I would have loved to have someone come and clean 1/2 way thru our stay since we stayed 11 days. That is a service that was offered and I will take them up on the offer next time. Carrie V

If you have two additional guests, the sofa within the living room can transform into an additional sleeping accommodation.
As a guest within this complex, you’ll have complete access to various community amenities such as the beautiful pool area and grills. You’ll also be able to have a reserved parking space, which is conveniently located adjacent to the unit’s entrance. Beach days are also a breeze at Kona Mansions thanks to being fully equipped with snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, towels, and an assortment of beach toys. A portable pack-n-play is also available to use if you have a small child.
