Feb 15, 2026 What a lovely rental! Its a great location, close to both Kona and the saddle road to explore the island. The assigned parking space is very close to the rental, which is super convenient coming and going. The rental was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the size was perfect for the 5 of us. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would stay there again. t. Guest

Nov 30, 2025 Superb rental. Superb rental. The unit was clean and spacious. There was one little brown house gecko that emerged now and then but we figured he was keeping the bugs away. The kids named him gecky and it was a big event anytime he was spotted. We loved the beach accessories and the trundle bed in the spare room. It let us shut the 3 kids away in 1 room when it was their bedtime. The unit is well stocked with anything and everything you might need. The complex was great and everyone was incredibly friendly. The sweet neighbors gave us avocados and papayas on our arrival. Its so close to the grocery store that we had morning walks to get anything we needed for the day.Location was the only slight downside as everything is a drive. Great beaches and Snorkeling are a short drive. But the Kona, Hilo and Volcano days were very long days. But that will happen no matter where you stay on the island.Mahalo! Graham P

Sep 17, 2025 Aloha Great property, very clean and as described in pics. They provided dish soap and hand soap in bathroom which was much appreciated. Plenty of clean dish towels, bath towels and beach towels were available. The laundry washer and dryer was super convenient. We were able to communicate with management and they worked with our requests and questions which we also appreciated. Grateful for a great experience at this property. Aloha. elise Z

Feb 13, 2024 Photos are just like it shows online. Friendly and comfortable and clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Extra towels for showering plus 2 sets of towels which we put to use with beach vs pool. Had AC in main bedroom which was great at night to cool down. Lots of kitchen utensils/pans/small appliances. Near a grocery store, a few restaurants, and gas station so easy to grab stuff if you forgot anything. Within 20 min of great parks and snorkeling and higher end shopping as well. 30-40 min from airport. We loved our stay here ❤️ Laura D

Jan 16, 2024 What I liked about this stay was that I didn’t need a key for the door and the gate. Both were operated with codes. Access to the pool area was with the card and you could use that for the gate. I loved looking out over the golf course and watching people playing, but the best part was how quiet it is and the birds. Having a washer and dryer made the biggest difference! In my prior stays in Hawaii I’ve had to pack lots of clothes in order to make sure I have clean clothes throughout the trip, With the washer and dryer we got to pack less and didn’t have to worry about heavy baggage! Downstairs corner unit on a peaceful, quiet golf course but only a 10 minute drive to A-Bay in Waikoloa Village near Kings & Queens Shops. Unit is well stocked, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. Pool, hot tub, gym & BBQ was really nice, too! Communication was great and entering property was easy. We can’t wait to come back! Andrea B
