Location was great for watching sunsets at the rocky beach a quick 5 minute walk away. There’s a fantastic (our fave on all the islands) snorkel spot a 10 minute walk north of the Airbnb that we went to a couple times- so awesome! Abby G

  • Jan 25, 2023 Our 3-generation family group of 7 stayed here for 1 week and loved this top-floor condo. The space is roomy, well-decorated, and comfortable (with the exception of the full-size mattress in the loft which was a little thin). The location is convenient--right next to a great snorkeling beach and close enough to Kona restaurants and beaches without being too close to the noise and crowds. The kids loved the pool, and the beach and cliff access was great for sunsets and surf watching. If you play tennis or pickleball, you'll enjoy the courts and can even take lessons. Plenty of beach gear, pickleball and ping-pong paddles, and all the things you need to make a family vacation successful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Lauren L

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet #9303 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, with all of the perks and amenities to give you and your loved ones a truly unforgettable vacation.

This luxury Kona vacation rental is an upper level, center unit with an extended outdoor lanai perfect for taking in those awe-inspiring morning ocean views while you sip your Kona coffee. When breakfast begins to call your name, you can traverse through the sliding glass doors of your lanai, venture across the spacious open-concept living room, and begin to whip up a meal that will perfectly fuel you for the day. The living room looks towards the primary bedroom, which features an ensuite, private lanai access, and a walk-in shower. You can close the Shoji doors of the primary bedroom for more privacy or leave it open to enlarge the entertaining space.

Guests have the option to reside in the second guest bedroom, or in the upstairs loft complete with 3 Twin beds and 1 Queen-sized bed. There’s a second detached guest bathroom with modern touches and a tub/shower combo on the first floor for easy access to everyone. The entire unit is air-conditioned with split system units that can be independently controlled in each room, so you can rest assured that each guest will be comfortable no matter the time of year.

This luxury Kona condominium resides in the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club, a sought-after gated community on the island. There’s an abundance of amenities available to you as a guest, including outdoor barbecues, plentiful walking trails, and three professional-style tennis courts with an instructor available daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.

The large, newly-remodeled swimming pool is ideal for your morning laps and perfect for the little ones to splash and play in. Showers and restrooms are located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts for your convenience.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These perfectly preserved areas provide a glimpse into what Hawaiian life was like many years ago and you’ll be able to know a very special part of our Kona history when you return home.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $225 applies to all reservations for stays 28 nights or longer.
