It was especially nice to have beach chairs with an umbrella to use. Property management was very accommodating and heated the pool upon request. Anne F

The property (Hale Maluhia in Kona) was spotless upon arrival and was well stocked with everything we could need for a month long stay with two young children (3 and 1). Our property manager Eilis O’Conner thoughtfully stocked the property with some local goodies upon our arrival - local chocolate with cocoa beans harvested from just a few miles from the property, baked goods from a nearby local bakery and delicious local mangoes and bananas. Nice touch! Speaking of local fruit, the property has a giant guava tree in the backyard which was going off while we were there, so all of us got our guava fix. We were working from the property most days, and were grateful for the desk space in the two guest rooms, and then the large desk area at the back of the house. The internet was also lightning fast. When we weren’t working, we spent lots of time in the pool, admiring one of the most stunning ocean views we’ve ever seen. Pictures really don’t fo the view justice! Sunsets from the deck were killer! One much appreciated gesture was the alarm that Eilis put on every door, to notify us when the lanai doors were left open. That gave us the peace of mind to stay at a property with a pool with small children. If you’re looking for an extended stay in Hawaii, I highly recommend this property, and Elite Pacific Vacations! A 3.5% Payment Processing Fee will be added to this charge. The maximum electricity charge included with this rental is $200/month.
