  • Mar 24, 2026 The unit was great. We had trouble finding it upon arrival. Our plane was late, the office was closed for the day. Talked to a very nice guy who directed us to where we needed to be. The instructions seem to be in the information about leaving which I had reviewed l. The closest BBQ never worked. That was disappointing but we had a great time.   • Oct 23, 2025 enjoyed our home away from home The condo exceeded our expectations and keyless self check-in was a breeze. Upper lanai had an outstanding sunset view and was quiet and private. The condo is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical landscaping. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Two meals a day in bed was comfortable. There were ample linens for the beds and bathroom. There was a closet with beach chairs, and an umbrella and a small ice chest which we used nearly every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and would love to stay again. Mary H

The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including items for the beach like chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkels, etc. it was very clean and everything was in excellent working order.   • Feb 21, 2025 What a lovely spot. The condo itself is in perfect condition, and was full of thoughtful amenities (beach towels, kettle bell, yoga mat, etc). The view is very nice, and the complex it is in is truly peaceful. Just a perfect location, and excellent value. When we left we remarked that we’d happily stay in the exact same place again, which is a rare thought for us! Scott W

Communication with the host was excellent. I had read reviews prior to booking and many had complained about the bed having to be replaced, so I actually reached out prior to booking to ask if this had been addressed. The host replied letting us know they had changed out the mattress so we booked this place. Upon arrival it was very easy to get into our building. The place was well kept and I appreciate that they provided complimentary Kona coffee. The space was just right for the two of us. It felt very private. Overall great place to stay! Melissa C

We were most impressed with how well the kitchen was rocked from stuff to cool with to little things like ziploc bags, oils, and seasoning. The place also has some beach stuff which was nice. Personal preference but the bed was ok not great. The pillows also weren’t the most comfortable, but we are admittedly pretty picky. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Nathaniel J

  • May 15, 2024 This place was terrific! We loved the open and spacious floor plan upstairs with the huge deck. We were thrilled to be able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck. We cook quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the how the bedroom/bath were downstairs and the kitchen/living area upstairs. The location was great, close to everything but also quiet and relaxing. Pool area was lovely! We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the mattress definitely needs replacing. We saw humpback whales breaching one afternoon. It was great to park our car right at the front door of the condo. Nice location away from the busy tourist scene in Kona but very handy to supermarket and restaurants. Enjoyed walks around the local streets and to Keauhou Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped - new pans and dishes. The bath towels were thick and fluffy. Nice beach towels, chairs, boards, umbrella and snorkel gear for guests to use. We discovered a walking shortcut through the pool area to get to the nearby mall for happy hour at Tropics. And the KTA supermarket had great stuff at reasonable prices. The pool is really great too. The unit contains what is required and not extra knick knacks. Reserving was easy and any requests were quickly addressed. I would definetely stay here again. Good for a couple of one person.   • Apr 05, 2023 I've stayed in Hawaii many times and this is one of the few times a place exceeded my expectations. It feels so much bigger than a one bedroom, and the lanais (porches) were amazing with amazing views. It is centrally located, quiet, and more private than I expected in a condo enclave. The downstairs bedroom is large and airy. Our son stayed on the pull-out couch and thought it was totally comfortable. There are plenty of implements in the kitchen for cooking. The place has good air circulation (AC and heat were available but the place can be cooled by opening the windows), and a comfortable bed. Short walking distance to the farmers market and the beach. It was the perfect location for us; it's on the edge of town so you are away from the main tourist craziness in a nice quiet neighborhood that is right next to Keauhou Bay; the Bay has very cool little public access that has a canoe club, volleyball court - very local feel and great place just to go chill. There is a big shopping center that is just a couple miles away groceries, restaurants,... When we had a question a very kind person answered our call and was very helpful. Jan 08, 2024 Spacious, updated, tasteful and very clean condo in a smaller complex with lots of privacy and quiet neighbours. Swimming pools (2) were really clean and well maintained in a nice setting. Two lovely decks at the condo to sit on and enjoy the lush gardens and the ocean view. We saw humpback whales breaching one afternoon. It was great to park our car right at the front door of the condo. Nice location away from the busy tourist scene in Kona but very handy to supermarket and restaurants. Enjoyed walks around the local streets and to Keauhou Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped - new pans and dishes. The bath towels were thick and fluffy. Nice beach towels, chairs, boards, umbrella and snorkel gear for guests to use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wish it was longer than a week! Joanna S

Nov 22, 2023 The place as advertised. We loved the view and quietness. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics. We would suggest to replace the mattress and pillows. Otherwise, we are very happy 😊 Thank you. Viktoriya K
Nov 12, 2023 The photos, descriptions, and reviews were all accurate -- this is a quiet, well maintained home with a great kitchen and an amazing view. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. We discovered a walking shortcut through the pool area to get to the nearby mall for happy hour at Tropics. And the KTA supermarket had great stuff at reasonable prices. The pool is really great too. All in all a wonderful stay. Ryan B

The resort was quiet and welcoming, with easy access to shopping and beautiful landscaping throughout. We loved our visit. Michael E

They were very polite, provided immediate tips, and delivered items to help with the tiny bugs. They had everything you needed in the condo including beach equipment. Jun 01, 2023 Such a beautiful location. Private, quiet and secure. The surrounding landscape is well maintained with a variety of native plants and blooming flowers. The unit contains what is required and not extra knick knacks. Reserving was easy and any requests were quickly addressed. I would definetely stay here again. Good for a couple of one person. The space in the pictures looked small, but upon arrival, it was actually so spacious and big! Lots of room. Definitely recommend this place. Jolena N

Apr 05, 2023 I've stayed in Hawaii many times and this is one of the few times a place exceeded my expectations. It feels so much bigger than a one bedroom, and the lanais (porches) were amazing with amazing views. It is centrally located, quiet, and more private than I expected in a condo enclave. The downstairs bedroom is large and airy. Our son stayed on the pull-out couch and thought it was totally comfortable. There are plenty of implements in the kitchen for cooking. We would 100% stay there again. Lara W

Feb 20, 2023 This is a beautiful remodeled place, looks new, nice garden setting and amazing view of the sunset over the ocean feels safe. The place has good air circulation (AC and heat were available but the place can be cooled by opening the windows), and a comfortable bed. Short walking distance to the farmers market and the beach. The supermarket is 5 min away by car. Patrick M

Was everything in the photo's and more; Very clean, comfortable, cute, quiet, well stocked kitchen, great view with amazing sunsets. We were happy to find it had a cabinet full of everything you need to spend time at the ocean (snorkel gear, chairs, boogie, ..... ) and a nice pool that is close. It was the perfect location for us; it's on the edge of town so you are away from the main tourist craziness in a nice quiet neighborhood that is right next to Keauhou Bay; the Bay has very cool little public access that has a canoe club, volleyball court - very local feel and great place just to go chill. There is a big shopping center that is just a couple miles away groceries, restaurants,... When we had a question a very kind person answered our call and was very helpful. Exceeded our expectations; Perfect for a couple looking looking to have tropical quiet getaway. We are going back! Alton H

Jan 10, 2023 This location with its beautiful, peaceful view of lush plants and the ocean and sunset is the best we found staying in at least 6 different condo complexes throughout Keauhou-Kona area over the years. So close to the shopping center with its grocery store, drug store, restaurants, theater... is perfect for providing everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. James K
