The owners and management company were both responsive and helpful when we needed to check in a little bit early.   • Aug 29, 2024 Overall, our stay was really enjoyable here. The rooms were clean and the pool and location was ideal. This is 100% my fault; but I assumed a unit at this price would have AC and it DOES NOT. Sleeping at night was pretty uncomfortable and restless, and although the unit was remodeled well I feel like even mini splits in the bedrooms would go a LONG way. If you’re OK with no ac this place is awesome, just be aware it’s definitely going to be hot at night. Heidi S

  • Jul 04, 2024 We stayed at this propeety for only a few nights to visit family in Kona. It was perfect for what we needed. The views were so special and relaxing. We lazed around with the sounds of the waves. The pool was great for my 12 year old and the location was fun for the entire family with shops and restaurants so close. We fished off the rocks and caught a few reef fish. All around a very special time. We hope to come back soon! Amanda C

The space was clean and comfortable and there was room to enjoy meals, reading on the lanai, good location for taking a walk to Kona for dinner or shopping.   • Jun 05, 2023 The view was amazing. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and viewing the water - so relaxing. We ate nearly every meal out on the lanai and watched the waves come in. We even saw a few surfers! For meals, the grills were close and convenient and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The whole family loved the pool and the view from there was fantastic as well. The property management was awesome to communicate with. We had some travel plans change, and they were very accommodating and responsive. We were there in June and did not find the lack of Air Conditioning to be a problem. The ocean breeze was strong and the fans provided helped cool down the house. The location was great - not far from groceries, and a nice walk to shops and things to do downtown. We would love to stay here again! Melissa S
