The unit is air conditioned but we found the ceiling fans were very efficient and enough to keep us comfortable.It should be noted that this building has an elevator which was very appreciated. The property has a pool as well as a barbecue area. The property was clean and well maintained. Any concern we had was managed quickly and efficiently. Constance Young

It was not right on the beach but only blocks away and close to shops and stores.We prefer someone at a front desk to check in and welcome us but we are old fashion.   • Jul 28, 2024 I had a great stay at this beautiful home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with plenty of things to do and see in the area. We enjoyed using the snorkel kits, boogie board, and beach chair. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and although parking was a bit confusing at first, the instructions were clear. The home was also well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place to others. Faizal Khan

There was the perfect amount of supplies to get us through 10 days without having to spend any money to replenish anything. Perfect location, can walk to town and restaurants. Peaceful and safe.   • Oct 29, 2023 This is a lovely, quiet apartment with an ocean view within walking distance of the town of Kona. We walked to the farmers market almost every morning it was open and had an easy walk to and from coffee, dinner, and breakfast places. The bed was comfortable and we had amazing sleep there. The kitchen was stocked and everything was clean. More than enough towels and great beach accessories available. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re sad to go. Grace Willks

  • Aug 14, 2023 We loved staying at the condo for a week. We were a family of three and it worked fine. It was central enough to walk down to watch the sunset almost every night on the Kona waterfront. We could walk to restaurants on Ali’s drive or the beach. It was set away from the major hustle and bustle of the main strip that we could sleep with the sliders open and not notice street noise. The bed was super comfortable but the sheets were some weird polyester material. We made up the pull out sofa for our teenage son and it was surprisingly super comfy, with a three inch memory foam layer. Lots of bath towels. Beach and pool towels too. The storage on the lanai had three boogie boards and chairs and tatami mats, an umbrella, and some random snorkel gear. The lanai furniture was not what I remember in the listing photo. It had two tables, a high and low table. I wish there was loungers with cushions. The tv had cable and the living space was nice. AC was nice when needed. Erik Ofstie

  • Jul 12, 2023 Would Definitely Stay Here Again Everything about the accommodation, including its size, location, and amenities, was great. The kitchen was equipped with most items, making it easy to prepare meals, and there were plenty of towels. Also, there was a washing machine and dryer in the accommodation, which was very convenient. However, seeing as there is some problem with the operation of the button on the shower, it seems that it is time to replace it, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy. However, it wasn't a big problem as the weather was comfortable even if we didn't use the air conditioner often. The ceiling fan was really great. I would definitely stay again next time I visit the Big Island. 혜경 ㅇ
  • Jul 12, 2023 숙소의 크기, 위치, 물품 등 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 주방에는 대부분의 물품이 갖추어져있어 식사를 해먹는것이 수월했고, 수건도 충분히 갖추어져있었습니다. 또한 숙소내에 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 다만 샤워기에 붙어있는 버튼의 작동이 다소 문제가 있는걸 보면 교체시기가 된 듯하며, 에어컨 소리가 다소 큽니다. 하지만 에어컨을 자주 사용하지않아도 쾌적한 날씨로 큰 문제는 아니었습니다. 천장의 팬은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 다시 빅아일랜드에 방문한다면 다시 머물 의사가 있습니다. 혜경 ㅇ

Found a shortcut to walk to the beach!! Our only negative experience was the A/C seemed to loud to us but it worked great in each section of the place. Jan 08, 2023 Apartment looked like advertised, very clean, furniture in a very good condition, well maintained building and in a good spot. There was a box with beach equipment (snorkeling masks, fins, bodyboards), a nice thing so you don’t have to buy stuff that will be thrown away. When looking for stay at this address have in mind that there are many different companies renting their apartments there. Reviews on platforms are sometimes mixed, that confused me a bit, so make sure you read them for the exact apartment number. I would recommend this one. Tomislav Pokrajcic
