The location was fantastic, incredibly central in kona with a ton in walking distance from the unit - including a great spread of coffee shops and restaurants facing the water. The suite itself was spacious and very well appointed, including little extras that were so nice (beach chairs, snorkel sets, etc.) Keep in mind that Hawaii in general was built up many years back, so all units are going to show signs of age. With that, this unit was spotless and has been well kept up. The check in was super easy after a late flight, and they offered flexible check out options for a late flight back. The parking was also covered and convenient, as a rental car is a must for getting around the island. We'd love to come back and stay again! Nicholas Williams
