• Jan 23, 2026 We had a great time with our adult children! The house is set up for good times with a beautiful, warm pool, pool table, corn hole, games, bar, tvs and great outdoor spaces. The view is amazing as you can see the ocean for miles. The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with comfortable beds and air conditioning in each bedroom. The upper level has a master bedroom with large ensuite, power room, large kitchen and living room. We had relatives come for supper and easily sat 8 at the table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook including a great BBQ on the back deck. The area is very quiet (other than the noisy frogs in the evening) and there is a large green space behind. The driveway is very steep (a little scary the 1st time driving up) and they could use a few more plates as we had to run the dishwasher after every meal as we were out of pates but otherwise no complaints! • Mar 08, 2025 Highly recommend it. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 adults and 4 children. There was ample room for everyone, as the listing was exactly what we expected it to be. There was a very nice propane grill on the back lanai that we used almost every night to cook our dinner. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. We enjoyed the beautiful pool every day. There were plenty of pool toys and beach towels. This home had everything we needed and more, for our stay in Kona. • Aug 17, 2024 The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and was perfect for our group. One thing to note is the majority of the pool is over 6 ft deep and the shallow end is small. There are 2 bedrooms with A/C, the upstairs master and downstairs queen that faces the backyard. There are fans provided for the other 2 bedrooms which did help move the air, but they were both pretty warm our whole stay. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full), a separate twin, and a trundle bed under the bunkbed, which was great did the kids. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, pool/beach towels, etc. There is also a good selection of beach gear including a cooler, 2 chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, life jackets, some snorkel gear, etc. We were told the house didn’t have any of those items, so that was a pleasant surprise. • Aug 11, 2024 We are former vacation owners so we feel experienced vacation renters. This home was amazing! Owners and management company have thought of everything. Kitchen had everything from both a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig. Lot's of dishes, glasses (both plastic for pool side & glass. We had snorkels, masks, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. Pool was clean and beautiful. View from decks were so beautiful. We ate out on the deck for all meals as the view was so perfect. Check in was simple and same with check out. Management company was extremely responsive to everything. Leaking water line was dealth with immediately. New refrigerator was ordered and supposed to be installed after our departure (that was our request as they offered to replace immediately). Lots of games for in home use. Pool table, corn hole, pool toys just to name a few. Beds were extremely comfortable. Ceiling fans throughout home. Really can't say enough about how great this home was. • Jun 21, 2024 Amazing Property! The house was amazing and the view even better. The kids truly enjoyed using the pool and the pool table. We enjoyed the amazing views for coffee in the morning and wine at night watching the sunset. The house is very roomy and clean, we really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, a nice large cooler, snorkeling gear, and two large beach umbrellas. Thank You! The ONLY complaint I had was a neighbor must have a rooster or something cause I kept hearing it in the mornings. Didn’t bother me at all but I could see how it may bother some. Also, driveway is pretty steep. Again, not a bother to me but may bother others. Would we rent the property again? Absolutely, we LOVED it! Show more Show less Brent H

• Nov 12, 2023 Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The views were gorgeous… we loved having our coffee out on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. The pool was a highlight, we used it daily and even after sunset a couple of times thanks to the nice lighting in the pool area. There are wild chickens and boars in the wooded area behind the backyard that were a lot of fun to watch. This was the perfect house for our stay on the big island. • Jul 03, 2023 This house was perfect for the 7 of us. Kids loved the pool, amazing, changing night lights! Beautiful view of the coast and ocean from main floor and upstairs. Coffee on the lanai every morning was best way to start the day. Convenient to everything north and south. House was exactly as described and as photos represented. We’ll be back!! • Jun 24, 2023 To start, the view from the house is spectacular. From each and every vantage point, the ocean view is ever present. The house itself is comfortable, well appointed, and open/airy. The kitchen too had most every utensil needed to cook a fine meal. Really no concerns here. Simply put, you can move right in and get ready to vacation. I will add that this really is a 4 bedroom house. For anyone concerned about the “2 bed” sleeping space, it is an enclosed room. Not sure why it’s listed otherwise. • Mar 25, 2023 We had an amazing spring break at this awesome house! It was perfect for two families with kids - we loved swimming in the pool and watching the geckos between adventures and beach days. The deck with its phenomenal view was an amazing spot for coffee every morning and listening to frogs in the evening. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions and made extending our checkout time super easy when we decided we wanted to stay just a little bit longer.
