  • Apr 17, 2025 It was fabulous! We have stayed at Hali'i Kai before, but never in an upstairs unit. We loved having the 2 balconies and being upstairs with the enhanced sunset and ocean views. It was fabulous! This unit is very well-kept, and the property manager was super-responsive and very easy to deal with. This property manager does a mid-week clean and provides extra toilet paper (yes, our prior property managers have told us we have to buy our own toilet paper when we book a 2 week stay--unbelievable given Hali'i Kai prices!!!). We absolutely enjoyed this condo and this property manager especially. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Sharee M

Drinking coffee on the lanai every morning was a treat. The club house and pool area were a great place to hang out in the evening, the staff was very friendly. We had 2 vehicles, and only allowed one space. We had to arrange parking each day with our older kids. Otherwise it was a great space. We would stay at this location again. Patty T

The kitchen was well set up for cooking at home which we did. Only wish was to have a personal bbq at the condo as the BBQs were a distance away but not a big deal. Would return! Neil W
  • Dec 14, 2023 We spent 10 days together as a family with adult children so the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom layout was great. The ocean front fitness center and pool are lovely. The pool lounges did get crowded-the only drawback. Happy Hour 2-4 and live music poolside were nice. We did not eat at the restaurant as we cooked ourselves. Only drawbacks to this unit are that the couch cushions are worn-you can sink in a hole if not strategic, and there is no grill available, but you can walk to the pool area where there one. We had a few items that were not in working order, but Gather was very responsive and replaced them or got us the appropriate batteries by the next day. It is nice to be away from the buzz of Waikoloa Beach Resort, but nice to have such close access to amenities and A-Bay Aj D
