The Maliula Residences are located in the heart of the amenities at Timbers Kauai. Timbers Spa,Timbers Fitness Center, Tykes Club, and the popular Maliula pool are all just steps away from your residence.

Two and three-bedroom, single level floor plans are sure to exceed the expectations of families,friends and golf groups.
