The home was beautiful, spacious and provided the perfect setting for us to enjoy our time together. The atmosphere was amazing, dark skies, urethra neighborhood with the perfect yard to entertain the whole family. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with family!   • Dec 28, 2024 Beautiful home in quiet residential neighborhood of Princeville. 10 minute drive to Hanalei - amazing small town with wonderful restaurants and beautiful, calm beach at Hanalei Pier/Beach. House had room for 8 of us (including two children under 10), with a wonderful, well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes) and a large dining table. Bath and beach towels a-plenty, bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash! The beach amenities were terrific - beach chairs & body boards really came in handy. Overall, a wonderful house! Definitely need your own transportation in this area (north Kauai is quiet and somewhat remote - getting to beaches, city life will be a drive). Sarita W

I must say, though, all the pre-stay emails and requests for information from the property management company was annoying and overreaching. They made it seem like it was something necessary or required to provide flight information, car rental information, insurance information, names, addresses, emails and phone numbers of everyone in our group, etc. Come to find out, it's all unnecessary. Seems like they're fishing for information they can then sell. We pushed back a little and didn't provide it and our stay went fine. Mark D

  • Aug 29, 2024 The host was friendly and responsive and worked with us on our check out and with recommendations for grocerices and other services to make our stay perfect. It was a very cool place, in a popular location close to beaches, restaurants, and a short walk to the Queens Bath Trail. Kitchen was the most well stocked ever!!! Plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for fun. Washer and dryer and all other appliances were top of the line. Thank you for a great vaca. James B

  • Aug 10, 2024 This was our first visit to Kauai and we lucked out in finding this property!! It was perfect for our group of 6- 4 adults and two "adult kids" (early 20s). The house is beautiful with unbeatable views and a private oasis of a back yard. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well (brand new dishwasher, great washer and dryer, cold a/c).   • Jul 23, 2024 We had a fantastic 6 day stay. House was exactly as described. Rooms were comfortable for the 7 of us including 3 teens/tweens. Great location just 3 mins walk to the entrance of Queen’s bath. A jacuzzi awaits after the day long hiking and activities. We had a lot of fun watching chicken do their things with our morning coffee! Balconies are great. ACs keep the rooms cool during nights. 5 mins drive to Hanalei. We had a fantastic trip - relaxing at the slowness of it all. Property manager was easy to communicate with. No bath soap or shampoo so please remember to bring it or buy it locally.   • Jul 04, 2024 The house was beautiful and big enough for the 8 of us! The home seems to be a little older but super well kept. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s not the closest to the downtown area for shopping and food, but it was perfect for us. The grocery store is nearby (although I’d recommend shopping on the south side before trekking up from the airport). Management was super responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely stay again. It’s one of our favorite trips to date, and this house made that possible! Chelsee J

There were two wide verandas , one looking northward to the ocean where we spent nearly every morning, and the other looking over the backyard. The house had all the equipment necessary for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc, There was also a newer hot tub - clean and everything worked. Great location in Princeville on a quiet street but not too far from the beaches, golf and some shopping areas. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning one day. Devin G

  • Jul 02, 2023 The house and neighborhood were amazing for a family of 8 including 5 year old! Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and not in a neighborhood of tourists. Contact with host for house was easy and responsive. We were able to relax and really felt like we were away from everything you associate with busy everyday life. We walked to Hideaway Beach, amazing for snorkeling but a hike down to beach. We also spent a lot of family time at Hanalei Bay and beaches which were perfect for kids, surfing and spending time on uncrowded beaches. Hanalei is a really cute, small, laid back community which we really enjoyed. So much nicer than the crowded side of the island at Poipu! We have been to Kauai several times and will be back! Cindi G

  • May 19, 2023 The property was a great size for 6 adults. We had 2 couples and 2 singles in the group, so everyone had their own room and bath (the 2 singles shared the 3rd full bath). The house was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill which gave us great flexibility with mealtimes. The hosts provided beach gear (towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards), so the group was well prepared for multiple days at North Shore beaches. The hot tub in the back allowed a relaxing end to the day. Cooling options for the house included window AC units or the louvers that allowed the trade winds to ventilate. Princeville is a quiet neighborhood with the typical Kauai Roosters that announce the arrival the morning! This is a great property that is well located to serve as home base for the North Shore attractions. Thank you for the great stay! Arnold M

House had room for 8 of us (including two children under 10), with a wonderful, well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes) and a large dining table. Bath and beach towels a-plenty, bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash! The beach amenities were terrific - beach chairs & body boards really came in handy. Overall, a wonderful house! Definitely need your own transportation in this area (north Kauai is quiet and somewhat remote - getting to beaches, city life will be a drive). Sarita W

Oct 08, 2024 Property was clean, spacious, well stocked. Perfect for our group of 4 adult couples. I must say, though, all the pre-stay emails and requests for information from the property management company was annoying and overreaching. They made it seem like it was something necessary or required to provide flight information, car rental information, insurance information, names, addresses, emails and phone numbers of everyone in our group, etc. Come to find out, it's all unnecessary. Seems like they're fishing for information they can then sell. We pushed back a little and didn't provide it and our stay went fine. Mark D

Aug 29, 2024 The host was friendly and responsive and worked with us on our check out and with recommendations for grocerices and other services to make our stay perfect. It was a very cool place, in a popular location close to beaches, restaurants, and a short walk to the Queens Bath Trail. Kitchen was the most well stocked ever!!! Plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for fun. Washer and dryer and all other appliances were top of the line. Thank you for a great vaca. James B

Aug 10, 2024 This was our first visit to Kauai and we lucked out in finding this property!! It was perfect for our group of 6- 4 adults and two "adult kids" (early 20s). The house is beautiful with unbeatable views and a private oasis of a back yard. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well (brand new dishwasher, great washer and dryer, cold a/c). Jul 23, 2024 We had a fantastic 6 day stay. House was exactly as described. Rooms were comfortable for the 7 of us including 3 teens/tweens. Great location just 3 mins walk to the entrance of Queen’s bath. A jacuzzi awaits after the day long hiking and activities. We had a lot of fun watching chicken do their things with our morning coffee! Balconies are great. ACs keep the rooms cool during nights. 5 mins drive to Hanalei. We had a fantastic trip - relaxing at the slowness of it all. Property manager was easy to communicate with. No bath soap or shampoo so please remember to bring it or buy it locally. Jul 04, 2024 The house was beautiful and big enough for the 8 of us! The home seems to be a little older but super well kept. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s not the closest to the downtown area for shopping and food, but it was perfect for us. The grocery store is nearby (although I’d recommend shopping on the south side before trekking up from the airport). Management was super responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely stay again. It’s one of our favorite trips to date, and this house made that possible! Chelsee J
Jun 08, 2024 It was a beautiful, spacious home, perfect for our large family gathering. The spotless kitchen was well equipped. There were two wide verandas , one looking northward to the ocean where we spent nearly every morning, and the other looking over the backyard. The house had all the equipment necessary for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc, There was also a newer hot tub - clean and everything worked. Great location in Princeville on a quiet street but not too far from the beaches, golf and some shopping areas. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning one day. Devin G

We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and used the BBQ a few times as well. The location was great also, so close to the little shops/village and also a few miles from the beach. Jul 02, 2023 The house and neighborhood were amazing for a family of 8 including 5 year old! Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and not in a neighborhood of tourists. Contact with host for house was easy and responsive. We were able to relax and really felt like we were away from everything you associate with busy everyday life. We walked to Hideaway Beach, amazing for snorkeling but a hike down to beach. We also spent a lot of family time at Hanalei Bay and beaches which were perfect for kids, surfing and spending time on uncrowded beaches. Hanalei is a really cute, small, laid back community which we really enjoyed. So much nicer than the crowded side of the island at Poipu! We have been to Kauai several times and will be back! Cindi G

May 19, 2023 The property was a great size for 6 adults. We had 2 couples and 2 singles in the group, so everyone had their own room and bath (the 2 singles shared the 3rd full bath). The house was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill which gave us great flexibility with mealtimes. The hosts provided beach gear (towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards), so the group was well prepared for multiple days at North Shore beaches. The hot tub in the back allowed a relaxing end to the day. Cooling options for the house included window AC units or the louvers that allowed the trade winds to ventilate. Princeville is a quiet neighborhood with the typical Kauai Roosters that announce the arrival the morning! This is a great property that is well located to serve as home base for the North Shore attractions. Thank you for the great stay! Arnold M
