Apr 25, 2026 The place was beautiful! It's near everything and the view is beyond amazing. We spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the ocean and the sunsets/sunrises. The five minute drive to downtown gave us a ton of options for food and entertainment. Very close to airport, luaus, beaches, and tours. It is on the main road so car noise is often, make sure to bring some earplugs for a peaceful sleep. Highly recommend! Heather B

Apr 04, 2026 Don't hesitate to book this house! Even for the highest of standards, this house feels like home. Beautifully maintained, generously stocked kitchen, high quality linens, lots of beach equipment and toys. And incredible views, nonstop breeze and sounds of the ocean. Walkable to Kona and close drive to so many must see sites on the west coast of the Big Island. A perfect vacation hub! Seema M

Oct 20, 2025 Kailua vista Fantastic house on the water! Spectacular sunsets daily not to mention the dolphins and an occasional whale spotted. Gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, loved the pass through window out to the Lanai.Interior furnishings and art are top notch. Location to town is walkable with tons of shops and restaurants! I would definitely sign up for another stay at this particular house! Dara P

Aug 09, 2025 Luxurious w/ Spectacular Views I was blown away with this amazing and dynamic property. While convenient to town, the house is peaceful and private with breathtaking views from every balcony. Every room is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms - not to mention how you can open your balcony doors and sleep with the sounds of the ocean and feel the cooling breeze. The entire house is not only decorated with a designer\'s touch but includes details that make guests feel at home at the same time. By far my favorite is the top level of the home, where sweeping views of the ocean will give you either a view of dolphins playing, whales breaking the surface, or an amazing sunset that you can enjoy every night. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook if you choose to dine on the lanai, or local restaurants are only a short walk or drive away. Stepping outside, you\'ll find a cozy hot tub with views of the ocean or explore the lava pools and nature right in your back yard. I know I\'m ready to book this house again! Tracey S

Jul 26, 2025 Most amazing stay! This house is in a perfect location, right on the water and a walkable distance to town. It gives access to fishing, watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset, a hot tub, and exploring the quaint surrounding area. I loved staying here with my friends! We had an amazing time exploring the island, with my favorite hike being “Cloud Forest,” and snorkeling at “Two Step.” I would 100% recommend this house to anybody who asked, and look forward to staying there again soon! Jul 05, 2025 Kailani Vista The house is spectacular along with outdoor living off of the lanai. Best place to be for sunsets, watching dolphins, listening to the waves that can totally relax you. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, interior furnishings are tastefully done. Relaxing in the hot tub was a great end of the day. The location to the town of Kona is 10-15 minute walk, to great shopping, and restaurants. Will certainly book another stay in near future. Great accommodations for the price! Dara P
