Mar 06, 2026 The ocean is right to your lanai area. The breeze and sound of the ocean was a dream in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and well stocked. Also, they had plenty of beach gear and rackets to keep you busy. The pool is located right across from the condo, and it was clean and relaxing. We didn't use the grills, but they were right next to the pool. I cannot wait to come running to stay here again. Anna B

Mar 02, 2026 Our stay was fantastic and the home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, very well stocked, and the view right on the water is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details and overall experience, everything felt intentional and welcoming.We especially appreciated how comfortable and well-prepared the home was for guests. It made it easy to relax and enjoy the setting. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and mentioned they live there about half the year, which added to the welcoming feel of the area.The only small issue was that when we arrived there was a note about scheduled pest control spraying inside the home. With two small children, I wasn’t comfortable having that done during our stay. However, when the technician arrived and I explained our concern, they were very understanding and had no problem rescheduling it for a later time.Overall, we had an amazing stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others. Roxanne L

Jan 29, 2026 They had everything you will need to enjoy Hawaii, from snorkel gear to cooking supplies. You will need to buy more toilet paper if you’re staying more than 3 days, they only provide one extra roll in each bathroom. Luckily you have a market just up the hill if you need anything extra. Oct 27, 2025 This condo was great! This condo was great! It looks like it was recently remodeled, was clean and cute! I love being able to hear the crashing waves, and sitting by the ocean in the morning with a cup of coffee. I can’t wait to visit again soon! Amy J

Aug 11, 2025 This place was great for our family to stay. Enough room to spread out, place to sit outside and listen to the ocean, and plenty of on-site activities to enjoy. Location was great as well as it's away from the busy area's of Kona but still only a few minutes away from the shops/restaurants. Roland B

There was a private beach within walking distance and the pool was great! We loved that that the Keauhou shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants, Kahalu'u beach snorkeling and another beach for catching waves were just few minutes away. Our family had a great stay at Gather's condo and would love to return some day! Jonathan A

Secondly, the location of this place. It is very ocean front, it also very close to the community pool and tennis court. I think this place is the best location in this community.
