Aug 05, 2024 We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay at Leilani Villa. The villa was spacious and beautifully appointed. Appreciated all the beach gear and towels for our beach excursions. Easy walk to Makai golf club to catch the shuttle to Haena State Park. Yen and the Gather team were very responsive to all questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! Josie Adams

Mar 06, 2024 We had a wonderful stay. This is great location and a very clean and well appointed home. The neighborhood is peaceful and the unit receives great cooling trade winds through the sliding doors, we barely needed to use AC and could sleep comfortably with the doors open, waking to the sound of birds each morning. The availability of beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys made our beach days much easier. Chris Venne

Feb 02, 2024 Yen and Tamara were great to communicate with and helped us in any way they could as needed. The place was also amazing, clean and very comfortable and quiet. Only the roosters would wake us, but that was part of the charm. We were very surprised how much we liked staying there and would stay again if we could. Highly recommend. Elben Schafers

The location could not be beat for ease of access to the north beaches we most wanted to see. The host was easy to reach and was so quick to respond when we had a few questions during our stay. Jul 18, 2023 We absolutely loved everything about this condo! This was the perfect place for our family of five! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. Great communication with the host and easy check in/check out. We hope to visit Kauai in the future and stay at this condo again! Highly recommend! Trisha Porter

Jun 24, 2023 This condo was spacious. The amenities were lovely including pool, hot tub and gas grills. The AC was really nice after spending all day outside. The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels. The multiple lanais provided extra space as well. Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more. Would definitely recommend. beth rawlings

May 20, 2023 Just as described. This location is perfect. The home is in beautiful condition. I’d stay here again. The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It only affected the master bedroom and didn’t disturb me…only my husband. John and MaryAlice MacDonald

Feb 15, 2023 Wow what a beautiful property. The company in charge of this unit was amazing. When I noted the coffee grinder was missing that sent one out immediately. They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. Lots of rules must have old grumpy people on property board. Theresa Murdock

Jan 10, 2023 Condo was more beautiful than described and shown in the advertised pictures. Neighborhood was very safe, with security patrolling grounds. Quiet, and homey. We enjoyed the balconies off of both the ground floor living area and two of the bedrooms. Grew to love the roosters crowing each morning to wake us up as well. It was great to be able to cook meals in the home and do laundry during our stay. Would highly recommend the property if you stay in Princeville. It was close to Princeville Center for shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the arts and craft fair on Saturday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville! If we were to return to Kaua'i, we would most definitely stay here again. Tiffany Melancon

Welcome to Leilani Villa, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental ideally situated in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai. This villa provides convenient access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including stunning Pu'u Poa/Princeville Beach, excellent snorkeling at Hideaways Beach, and excellent swimming at Queen's Bath.
Guests will find a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping opportunities at the nearby Princeville Center. A short drive also leads to additional dining, shopping, and art galleries in the quaint town of Hanalei, which offers the option of a kayaking or stand-up paddling trip down the Hanalei River. Just north of Hanalei are stunning beaches like Lumahai and Bali Hai, along with the renowned Kalalau Trail hike along the Na Pali Coast.
Leilani Villa features three separate private lanais, providing guests with beautiful garden views. The villa also includes an office with a desk, computer, and printer, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included for guests' convenience. With a 2-car garage and central AC included in the rental rate, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
The villa features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, as well as a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans are included in all rooms, and wireless internet service is included.
Guests will have access to resort amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. There's also a shared BBQ grill for guests to use. Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.
Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.
