With over a decade of experience in property management finance and operations, Lisa serves as the Controller at Gather Vacations, overseeing corporate finances and financial strategy. Leveraging expertise in short-term and long-term rentals, association management, and brokerage and maintenance divisions, Lisa plays a key role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring fiscal health.

Prior to joining Gather Vacations, Lisa spent nearly a decade at Gulf Coast Property Management, where they built out the finance division and later transitioned into the role of Director of Operations. Additionally, Lisa has been actively involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers, serving in leadership roles including Treasurer, Secretary, and President of the Sarasota/Bradenton Chapter.

Currently, Lisa is focused on streamlining financial systems and reporting to enhance automation and efficiency. Their passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making supports Gather Vacations’ mission of delivering exceptional property management services.
