Natalie Kekahuna and Jean Sumait bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Elite's management team. Specializing in servicing the North Shore of Oahu, both are born and raised on the North Shoreand have a deep connection to the area. Together, they share more than 40 years of experience in the property management field having meticulously managed a portfolio of 30+ Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay Resort, Kuilima Estates, and homes all along the North Shore. This duo management team is known for their professionalism, dedication, and hard work, and make exceptional service their highest priority.
Jean has extensive experience in condo management, long and short-term rentals, along with experience in the hotel industry since 1991. She joined Villa Management in 2007 to manage the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay, which was then acquired by Elite Pacific Properties in 2018. With a wealth of Ocean Villa knowledge, Jean ensures maintenance and operations run smoothly. Together with her colleague, Natalie Kekahuna, they have established many streamlined processes to ensure top care for every property they manage.
Natalie's background in property management began in 2000 with Century 21, followed by Colliers International, where she managed an extensive portfolio of commercial properties including office building, shopping centers & retail property in the heart of Waikiki. In 2014, Natalie joined the Villa Management team where she discovered her passion for vacation rentals & has been loving the profession ever since. Natalie believes in supporting the rights of her property owners, understanding their vision, and dedicates herself to accomplishing those goals while ensuring every property is operating legally. During her free time, she relaxes by cooking and enjoying long family meals, caring for her cats, dogs & farm animals, and focusing on self-improvement.
Natalie and Jean are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients and guests.
