His unique work history harmoniously combines thirty years of entrepreneurial leadership and experience in branding, marketing, and real estate. Mark's tech-savvy and uncompromising pursuit of excellence has propelled his ranking as one of the top-performing luxury vacation rental property managers in Hawaii (over $26,000,000 in booking revenue managed since 2013).
Mark LeRoy is a licensed Realtor (RS-76356), co-founded the Elite Pacific by Gather Advisory Committee for Property Management, and is the managing member of Escape Hatch, LLC. He hangs his license with Elite Pacific Vacations, a division of Gather Vacations, Inc., a premier luxury vacation rental company.
His leadership role in the vacation rental and property management industry draws upon 20 years of experience in hospitality marketing for favorite brands, including Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, La Brea Bakery, The Coca-Cola Company, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Before diving into luxury real estate, Mark founded and ran three companies in three complementary fields: Escape Hatch, a luxury travel company; silverECHO, a brand strategy, marketing, and design agency; and True Interactive, an internet design company. Mark, an accomplished creative and marketing director, has won numerous awards and has been published in prestigious annuals from Graphis, AIGA, and Rockport Press.
Mark is a graduate and former professor of advertising at the renowned Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California, where he was born and raised. He currently lives in Hawi, Hawaii.
