Growing up in Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, CA, Grant spent his formative years shadowing his father, a major infill Developer in the Los Angeles area. Putting his son to work, Grant’s father made sure he knew how to “swing a hammer” and grasp the general understanding of the construction process from a very young age. Over the years, Grant continued to learn as his father taught him first-hand how to analyze prospective investments, supervise projects and manage rental properties.
