Play Waikoloa Beach Golf Course for the deeply discounted (pre-tax) rate of $80 per person before 11 a.m., $65 per person after 11a.m., and $25 rental club fees.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a private balcony with extensive ocean, coastline, and golf course views, a king-size bed, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) each come furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen television, and each has an adjacent full bathroom.
Ample comfortable seating frames a large flat-screen television in the living room at Hali‘i Kai 12G, and the kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the modern conveniences needed for meals at home.
