• Mar 26, 2023 This property is as beautiful as it looks in the listing! House was very clean upon arrival and had eveything we needed during our stay. Kitchen was very well appointed and having a starter stock of all supplies such as detergents, coffee, paper towels etc was great. (We didnt have to buy any additional items) Beautiful sunsets, awesome pool days, relaxing bedrooms and accessible laundry. Welcome items were a nice and an unexpected touch. Loved the geckos on the fence in the am, the cute black, white and red birds that visited daily and the goats on the rocks in the am and pm. Even when it was a bit windy in Kona town, the backyard felt well sheltered from the wind and we had a great pool day. We brought our own pool floats that are net, hammock style with inflatable ends. They blow up easily and pack flat and were great to have. There was a boogie board, and a pool tube in the pool box and I think there was also an infant pool float there too. We brought our own floats so didnt look too much at pool supplies. We appeeciated the cooler, straw mats, beach towels and beach chairs that were available. They had some snorkel stuff too in the pool box, but we had our own, so we didnt really make note of what was in there. This was our best Hawaii VRBO experience yet. We loved this property and do not have one complaint. If you like what you see in the listing, go ahead and book it. I dont think you will be dissapointed. Mahalo to the hosts and Aloha! • Aug 22, 2022 We will definitely book through Elite again!! We just returned home after a two week stay at the lovely Blue Orca property in Kailua Kona. Our house had the perfect layout for our family of six adults and one toddler. We did all our cooking there and loved the professional grade appliances and huge kitchen. The best part was waking up every morning to a gorgeous golf course/ocean view and of course hitting the private pool and spa. Working with Elite was such a positive, well organized experience and we felt totally looked after in every way. We were even granted a late departure at the last minute which was so appreciated.
