Aug 05, 2024 Wonderful condo with loads of room for our family of 8 adults. When we walked in the house smelled and looked clean, the AC was blasting, the music was playing and we knew we had picked the right place to stay. Definitely set the bar high. Feb 16, 2024 My wife I, celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, brought our two kids, their spouses and two grandkids for a week. We stayed in a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor. From one of the four decks, we had a great view of the ocean and could see whales breaching, although quite a ways off-shore. The pool and hot tub we enjoyed by all. It was a short walk to Poi Pu Park and Beach where sea turtles and a monk seal liked to hang out and the snorkeling was great. This was a pretty ideal place to stay for us. Gary Machacek

Sep 20, 2023 We had the most amazing stay at Poipu Kai Villas! The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and was stocked with everything and more for cooking in the kitchen. The views were incredible too! I would highly recommend this airbnb! Shelby Sharp

Aug 17, 2023 We loved this location, the pool, and the many lanais to enjoy coffee in the mornings and dinner outside at night. It is as good as it gets in Poipu if you want your own kitchen and more space than what comes with a resort experience. Really responsive management company too. Fun to have our own elevator enterance into the unit too. Daniel Fisher

May 27, 2023 This penthouse condo was perfect for us and our three children. Plenty of space for everyone, and very conveniently located. We walked to several beaches and to restaurants. The pool was lovely as well. We enjoyed the incredible views from the ocean-facing lanai every single day of our stay. Highly recommend! Amy Jones

Apr 16, 2023 We loved the place. The outside decks were great for family gathering at breakfast and with great sunsets. The pool and hot tub were and excellent wind down at the end of the day, the place was well laid out for a family with three adult children, it was easy walking distance to several beaches, the pool and beach amenities were in great shape, the kitchen was stocked with spices, paper towels and everything we needed to get started, and the private elevator was over the top. I would give this place my highest recommendation, and hope to go back. David Ligon
