The location is absolutely perfect—right across the street from tide pools that are incredible to explore at low tide, especially for kids. It’s also just a short, scenic walk to La Jolla Village with shops, restaurants, and coffee spots all close by. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. You can tell the hosts care about every detail, and they were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. This place is a gem—great for families and anyone looking to enjoy the best of La Jolla. Condo was in a perfect location across from beautiful beach and walkable to so many shops and restaurants! Beach never felt crowded and never had trouble finding a parking spot by the condo as our truck would not fit in the parking garage. Condo was clean and well equipped, beds were very comfortable! We also really enjoyed watching the seals play in the waves. Great location most everything was within walking distance accept the grocery store. so get what you need, than park the car and enjoy! Very reasonable (~8-10 mins) walk to sea lions, beaches, plenty of great restaurants but if you need it there is a parking space. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions. It was so nice to sit out on the deck to watch the sunset. We experienced a couple issues during our stay including the check-in process, but the host was quick to address our issues to a satisfactory conclusion.   • Nov 03, 2023 Perfect spot for a La Jolla weekend visit. It's an ideal oceanfront location, across the street from grassy cliffs overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to sit in the sun on the grass. It's a short walk into the heart of La Jolla village for restaurants and shopping. Having a parking garage under the condo was great as the street is popular for locals and tourists during the day. The unit was decorated as pictured and the furniture is new with a nice sofa and dining table. The condo building is a bit older and the common spaces are not updated. Overall, it was a good value for what we paid and Jennifer at Gather was a great host. We'd come back again. Ashley G
