The public spaces of the home are spacious, the bedrooms are nice and as advertised. We didn’t use the children’s play equipment but it’s there and nice. The back yard is well fenced for small to medium-large dogs, and spacious enough for games of fetch. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the local dog park is a five minute walk away. We would absolutely return to this home when in the area in the future. Sage D

Welcome to Monmouth Family Retreat by Gather! Enjoy this vibrant 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home situated in the quaint town of Monmouth on a lovely ½ acre property in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. With warm, creative, and contemporary interior design and furnishings and quick and easy access to everything around town, this home offers guests a fun-filled vacation for the entire family.

The stylish and charming living room comes outfitted with a large, comfy sectional sofa, chairs, puzzles, games, and a large Smart TV, making it the perfect setting to gather with loved ones for quality time. The bright kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of culinary tools, a small television and counter bar area, a dining table set for 6, and a cozy sun room with seating and exquisite views of the yard.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a large flat-screen TV, backyard access, desk space, and a private ensuite with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a large flat-screen TV, and views of the yard. Guest bedroom 3 is perfect for children, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a kid-size kitchen. Guest bedroom 4, also designed with kids in mind, has a twin bed, a pull-out trundle bed for additional sleeping accommodations, and a kids-size grocery store for hours of fun. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is also a porta-crib for use if needed.

Step outside to the back patio and fenced yard with a barbecue grill station, ample lawn space for fun and games, lounge chairs, and a children's playground. There is also a newly installed hot tub, perfect for unwinding during the evening hours of sunset or amidst the starlit night sky. The 2-car garage doubles as a game room and is equipped with a ping-pong and foosball table, a second fridge, and a half-bath, making it a great place to hang out with good company.

The house is within walking or biking distance of several shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and grocery stores around Monmouth. It is less than 1.5 miles from Western Oregon University, 5 miles to Independence, 15 miles to Salem, and 20 miles to Corvallis and Albany, so there are plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences in the area.

Pets are welcome with advance notice upon agreement to the pet rules and payment of a pet fee. Please reach out to management for specific details regarding pets.

So that you know, this property has exterior-facing security cameras onsite. Cameras point exclusively to the driveway and cannot see the inside of the home and hot tub.
