Welcome to your Hawaiian vacation at Kualoa Ohia on the North Shore of Oahu. This property is nestled between the majestic Ko'olau Mountains and Kalai’oio beach park. You are minutes away from Kualoa Ranch and many amazing beaches and surf spots.
Relax and enjoy family time at this duplex property. This property is perfect for an extended family vacation. Please note that the upstairs and downstairs portions are separated by an exterior staircase and not connected to the interior of the home.
The upstairs unit opens to a beautiful lanai that overlooks the ocean. Enjoy gentle trade winds and the sound of the waves lapping on the beach.
Once inside the open concept floor plan has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and full-size washer and dryer.
The dining and living room are adjacent to the kitchen and provide a perfect spot for family gatherings. The living room has a mounted flat-screen smart TV. There is also a reading nook to curl up with a good book. A full bath is accessible from the living room. Continue down the hallway to the primary ensuite bedroom with king size bed. This room boasts a walk-in closet as well. To the left of the primary bedroom is the second guest room with bunk beds (Twin over full). Views from the back lanai offer spectacular mountain views.
The separated downstairs unit also has an open-concept kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances with bar-top seating for four. The living room has a flat-screen smart TV. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. Guest bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom with a queen size bed. Guest bedroom 4 is also an ensuite with a king-size bed. The last bedroom is another bunk room with a twin over full.
This property has a natural stream that runs through it and if you look carefully can often see fish. The yard is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and flowers. Please be advised that you are staying in the country, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period. Please Inquire.
