Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to all reservations for stays 10 nights or longer.

This studio does NOT have a kitchen, no microwave or hotplate. It is not allowed by the county of Kauai. This unit on the third floor. The building does not have an elevator. Regular basic cable is included. TV does NOT include online streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc.

This is a privately owned unit, daily maid service is not included unless requested for an additional fee.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

- Check-in Fee: One-time charge of $50.00 due at arrival.
- Resort Fee: $22/day + applicable taxes.
