This bright and spacious unit is all brand new, featuring smooth tilework and stonework throughout the space. The kitchen and bathroom are both built with custom white Quartz countertops and custom Sapele cabinets. The open air layout of the condo provides ample airflow and sunlight throughout the space, in addition to the central air conditioning and ceiling fans that are found throughout the home. There is a private stacked washer and dryer for use in the hallway of the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance that a chef needs to concoct a delicious meal, and includes a bar area with 4 chairs for entertaining guests while cooking. Attached to the kitchen is the charming living room, furnished with seating, a television set for a cozy night of entertainment after a busy day of island exploring, and a couch that easily converts to a Queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements for 2.
