Jun 17, 2024 We had a great stay in this unit! We have stayed at the Fairways across the street several times and really enjoyed staying at KaMilo. This unit is really well set up, we appreciated having two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a third bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable! Also, the kitchen was well stocked and clean and everything was in great shape. The built-in tech - programmed and well labeled switches, fast wifi, big tvs and nice speakers - was a special touch that we appreciated. The area is great - we spent time at the pools and also visited the Mauna Lani Beach Club (a favorite). Highly recommend a stay here! Janet G

Mar 18, 2024 The property was perfect for our family vacation with our parents and an infant. Having one of the rooms in the front of the house and two in the back gave everyone a little privacy. The large lanai doors were our favorite feature because they allowed us to enjoy that Hawaii breeze all day long. The kitchen was well stocked, which made family dinners a breeze. Alan D

Sep 12, 2023 We’ve stayed at a lot of condos on the Kohala Coast and this one stood out for its high quality kitchen, bathrooms, and amenities given the very affordable price range (for the area). The only downside was the lack of a shower or tub in the third bathroom so anyone staying in that bathroom has to borrow the other bathrooms to bathe. Other than that, everything was great. The pool is large and there were seldom any other people in it. The outdoor lanai with the gas fire pit was a nice spot to relax. There are control panels for the surround sound system, air conditioning, and lighting. Excellent wine glasses, a wine fridge, nice convection oven: very good communication with the property manager via text. Shea G
