  • Mar 03, 2024 Adorable Home In Perfect Del Mar Location We stayed here for several weeks and it was a perfect getaway in a great location. The house was clean, the linens were amazing, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hiked Torrey Pines State Park which is a short walk from the house - we regularly walked to the end of the street for dinners at West End Restaurant and Bar, Aqua Mare Restaurant and Bar, and watched basketball at The Goat Sports Bar and Restaurant. Two more blocks and we enjoyed Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Buonasera Pizza and the best Roberto\'s Mexican food. There is even a little market and liquor store at the end of the street! We loved the peaceful backyard and BBQ area and the friendly neighborhood. We can\'t wait to come back here! Jenn Margiotta

There\'s a nice coffee shop and some restaurants in walking distance. Torrey Pines and the ocean is just down the street. Sea World is only 20 minutes away. The adjacent dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and living room, features a welcoming dining table set for four, where guests can enjoy meals with a view of the yard.

The heart of the home lies in its travertine tiled kitchen, boasting high-end appliances and a custom-made island that provides ample workspace for culinary adventures. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or simply enjoy the art of cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals.

Seashore Delight offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring all guests a peaceful night’s sleep. The primary guest suite features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second guest suite houses a comfortable queen bed, with a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby. Both rooms are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, creating a serene space to retreat to at the end of the day. The living room sofa opens into a comfortable queen size bed.

Step outside to discover a private enclosed yard, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying the Del Mar sunshine, whether you are savoring a morning coffee or dining under the stars.

Situated in a friendly residential neighborhood, Seashore Delight is just a block away from a variety of dining options, including local favorites like West End, Seasalt, and Roberto’s Mexican Food. Iris Food & Spirits, your neighborhood market, is also conveniently close. A short stroll down Camino Del Mar opens up a world of culinary delights, cafes, and the chance to indulge in a spa day at the luxurious L’Auberge Hotel & Spa.

For larger groups needing extra space, the property includes a detached studio, available for rent alongside the main house. Both properties share garage amenities, including a washer and dryer, and offer separate private entrances, high-speed internet, central heating and air conditioning, and access to Spectrum cable TV and streaming channels (with subscriptions required for some apps).
