The open living area extends onto a magnificent lanai, where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever witness, all while sipping your favorite beverage. This area extends further onto a lush green lawn, perfect for family fun and relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and entertain, offering everything necessary for preparing family dinners or intimate meals.

Sleeping accommodations in the villa include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, and two extra-long twin beds (convertible to a king bed) in the third room. A high-quality, comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room ensures that up to seven guests can rest comfortably. The primary bathroom features dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower, while the second full bathroom includes a convenient combination tub and shower.
