  • Jun 07, 2026 Gather Vacations were very responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival, keeping in touch by messaging and calls. Gather Vacations also called upon our flight arrival to welcome us and provide directions for check in. We also took advantage of the grocery delivery service prior to our arrival, which Gather Vacations made sure it was seamless/completed to specifications. The condo was as pictured on Airbnb with wonderful and breathtaking views, various amenities, and cleanliness. The condo also provided easy access to other areas on our itinerary. Having grown up on Oahu, attending UH, and then having to move away for a graduate program, I was glad to see that the lagoons I had enjoyed so many times previously had not changed. There were a few minor issues with the condo upon arrival of which I informed Gather Vacations, upon which Gather vacations ensured they would inspect and address. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for others to seriously consider for vacation. Jeannie W

We enjoyed every amenity from the gym to the beautiful pools, hot tub, manicured gardens, koi ponds, friendly bar and wonderful private beach.   • Mar 23, 2015 Penthouse Villa is Five Stars all the way! The Penthouse Beach Villa was great & Five stars all the way! We loved the amazing ocean view, yet the Villa is spacious and private. Being fully outfitted we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and BBQ's at the resort. The Ko Olina resort area also offers great dining and amenities only a short walk away. We will definitely rent this beautiful Penthouse Villa again! Adam H

They keep you informed prior to your visit and once you have arrived. The condo was beyond expectations, the view was amazing and a really comfortable place to be at with our 11 month old daughter.   • May 29, 2013 Fun at Ko Olina Our time at the Beach Villas was fantastic!!! We were met outside the residence by Jack, who had basically given us turn-by-turn directions to the villa. He gave us a brief, yet thorough, overview of the property and it's surroundings. There was also a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival. We had lived on Oahu from 2001 to 2005, but everything about Ko Olina had changed. They took something good and made it great! Longboards Bar & Restaurant was one of Jack's recommendations, and made for an excellent way to wind down after a long flight, with it's sea view and sounds do the ocean. We were able to take our kids to the character breakfast at the Disney resort next door, where they met Mickey & Minnie among others. Just Tacos, the Mexican restaurant just a short walk toward the entrance, is a hidden gem. The food & drinks were delicious. Then there's Paradise Cove Luau, again just a short walk away, which made for an excellent way for us to celebrate our 14th anniversary! We were able to walk there, enjoy a great show, and dance to the Hawaiian Wedding Song. The beach villa was emaculately furnished, and the view couldn't have been better. We loved it all, and had no complaints. Can't wait to go back. The B
  • May 24, 2013 "Fantastic!!" We have always stayed at resorts. After some arm twisting and showing my husband the pictures of the condo, my husband agreed to give Ola Properties and the Beach Villas a chance. Wow!! We can't wait to go back. First, Ola Properties was very organized and very easy to work with. We were nervous about getting the keys, checking out, etc. Super easy. They had all the emergency numbers and wireless internet codes all ready. Second, the unit was fantastic. Immaculate. Stocked with plenty of basics (salt, cleaning supplies, dish washing soap, garbage bags). The only minor critique is that this unit is far from the beach. Despite that, we loved staying here. We plan to use Ola Properties again, and perhaps stay in this exact condo again. Mia *
