  • Mar 28, 2026 This was a beautiful unit in Ko Olina Beach Villas. The listing was accurately described, and the 3-bedroom layout was spacious and perfect for our family to spread out. The grounds are extremely well maintained, and both pools are excellent. The beach area is also a huge plus—calm, swimmable, and far less crowded than nearby resorts. This is truly the gem of Ko Olina. It offers a much more relaxed, low-density experience compared to the larger, busier properties in the area, which made a big difference for our trip. We would absolutely return and would happily rent from this property manager again. Ivy H

  • Aug 02, 2023 Beach tower villa 901 This condo is wonderful! Everything was perfect from the comfortable beds to the beautiful view. Waking up and having coffee on the lanai every morning was such a treat. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay in Hawaii. We stayed for two weeks so we were able to see and do a lot of things on the island but we made sure to spend several full days at the resort. The pool and pool bar were so fun and the snorkeling in the lagoons was great. We even went to the secret beach ( past the 1st lagoon) where we saw a seal sunning on the beach. I highly recommend this condo for a fun and relaxing time in Hawaii. Cynthia S

The room was incredibly clean upon check in & Jordan was great to work with regarding getting our room ready for us ASAP. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, & starting kitchen supplies to get us going. The views are stunning & we absolutely loved how comfortable the beds were. Side note: the sofa in the picture is not the one in the unit—the unit actually has a very comfortable pullout sofa with linens. The pool areas & surrounding grounds are immaculately kept. You truly feel like you are in a resort. Staff were wonderful at helping us track down some misplaced clothing (thanks Sabrina!) We had quick and clear communication with the rental company. Only negatives for us, as many have mentioned, the washer & dryer are SMALL & take several hours to complete one load of laundry. Also, we had a slight issue with the stovetop not working on our last day but this was addressed immediately. We would 100% stay here again. Skyler G

Nice starter supply of products to get us through the week. The location can't be beat and the views were gorgeous. Amazing pool and extremely well maintained property in general. The only negative was the small size and power of the washer and dryer - it took all day to get through a load or two of towels. If they had hooks or any space to dry beach towels outside that would be helpful and cut down on the laundry but no towels could go outside and there were no hooks in the bathrooms for wet items. Overall, an amazing stay. We would book this exact unit again for next year! Stephanie P

  • Jul 30, 2021 Ko Olina BT901 I would adjust the "five star" to a "4.50" to apply to the washer/dryer problems throughout the seven days stayed. The vacation was never in jeopardy from the clothes not getting washed in a timely manner, but with a family of five, it was very frustrating to know the machines were not fully operational to make due. The maintenance person, Anthony, did the best he could but,... the washer/dryer need to be replaced and a large capacity of volume. If you have a three bed room, you expect four, five or six people to stay there... the washer/dryer should reflect such volume to clothes to be washed, correct? As such, it appeared the machines were not checked for working capabilities prior to arrival. So, I would take "half a star." Since Anthony temporary fixed it.. I would take a full star off if not the case. NOTE: Pam would reply with text messages and visited the villa to support my wife's inquiries; Yet, the delay prompt me to actually drive to the Ola Prop Business Office to get answers to know why a delay and/or why the machines were not working in proper order for an expected family of five to live there over the next seven days. Nevertheless, the actually Ko Olina Villas Beach was beautiful. The customer service was good, the facilities were very clean, the fitness and pool areas were very nice and the staff very professional. Our family would return upon make plans to visit Hawaii again. The lagoon area was very well kept and I appreciated the staff on site to correct any visitors not following the rules, ie Umbrellas, etc. The location was great too. I would hope, perhaps, some incentive to return would be provided in a little loyalty discount on the next booking. Hummmmm? Thank you Ko Olina Beach staff and admin. It was a great time. Aug 07, 2021 Staying in Paradise What a wonderful visit we had!! The view and amenities of 901-A were excellent. All helped enhance and make our first visit to Hawaii wonderful. The nicely appointed condo supplied with all your needs, including beach equipment. OLÁ properties does a great job managing. Jed was very prompt in answering any questions, even months before our visit. On-site, Gregg did a phenomenal job orienting us to the condo and local area. Jul 30, 2021 Ko Olina BT901 I would adjust the "five star" to a "4.50" to apply to the washer/dryer problems throughout the seven days stayed. The vacation was never in jeopardy from the clothes not getting washed in a timely manner, but with a family of five, it was very frustrating to know the machines were not fully operational to make due. The maintenance person, Anthony, did the best he could but,... the washer/dryer need to be replaced and a large capacity of volume. If you have a three bed room, you expect four, five or six people to stay there... the washer/dryer should reflect such volume to clothes to be washed, correct? As such, it appeared the machines were not checked for working capabilities prior to arrival. So, I would take "half a star." Since Anthony temporary fixed it.. I would take a full star off if not the case. NOTE: Pam would reply with text messages and visited the villa to support my wife's inquiries; Yet, the delay prompt me to actually drive to the Ola Prop Business Office to get answers to know why a delay and/or why the machines were not working in proper order for an expected family of five to live there over the next seven days. Nevertheless, the actually Ko Olina Villas Beach was beautiful. The customer service was good, the facilities were very clean, the fitness and pool areas were very nice and the staff very professional. Our family would return upon make plans to visit Hawaii again. The lagoon area was very well kept and I appreciated the staff on site to correct any visitors not following the rules, ie Umbrellas, etc. The location was great too. I would hope, perhaps, some incentive to return would be provided in a little loyalty discount on the next booking. Hummmmm? Thank you Ko Olina Beach staff and admin. It was a great time. Jun 10, 2021 Five Star Very impressed with Suite 901 at the Beach Villas. Wonderful 3 BR, 3BA suite that accommodated our family of 5. Clean and very well maintained with all the amenities you would expect at an upscale property. Outstanding views from the balcony and the property offered us everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this property! Brad F
Jun 02, 2021 Great Place Really enjoyed our stay! Awesome view and beach to enjoy. Parking was very convenient as it next to elevator. The size of the unit worked awesome for our party of 6. Unit has everything you will need for a great time. Mark C
May 12, 2021 Wonderful! This place was just as the pictures show it and the facilities were beautiful. The beach was perfect for young kids and the water was crystal clear. Not too busy like the other resorts nearby which was super nice. Would recommend 100%. Gretchen M
Apr 11, 2019 Wonderful time! We had a wonderful time at the beach villas. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. Our unit was beautiful as well and the view from the lanai was spectacular. I loved having my coffee there every morning. We often took advantage of opening the lanai doors all the way to bring the outside in. We would definitely stay here again. Andrea P
