• Jan 27, 2026 My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful condo during our honeymoon. We stayed for 10 nights, and it was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special time. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to several nearby resort restaurants, multiple beaches, and even coves where we saw seals and sea turtles. There’s also a grocery store and additional shops and restaurants close by, so having a car isn’t necessary, though the condo does include a convenient parking spot in the garage if you do have one. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The balcony is massive, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent every morning having breakfast on the terrace and taking in the scenery. The property also has two great pools, a pool bar with drinks and food, and a well-equipped gym, which was a nice bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Show more Show less Isaac S

• Dec 27, 2023 LOVED this unit! This was hands-down the nicest place we've stayed in Hawaii, and we've stayed in a lot of places between Oahu and Maui! The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children), and the fact that the kitchen and living area separated the bedrooms gave us a good amount of separation from each other when we needed it. A large walk-in closet filled with beach gear provided us with everything we needed for our trips to the beach, and the washer and dryer were great for cutting down on how much we needed to pack. The view of the beach from the lanai was to-die-for, and the unit itself was quiet. What a great place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway before the holidays! We'd definitely return! • Aug 16, 2023 Aug 7-15 This villa was perfect for our family of six. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and the space to spread out. The view from the deck/lanai was great and we often opened up the large slider doors to enjoy the warmth and breeze. The location in Ko Olina was fabulous. We loved walking the boardwalk that connects all of the lagoons and we of course loved the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and the communication from Ola Properties was spot on. • Nov 01, 2022 Condo and location were perfect Wonderful view and linai was wonderful. All worked well and we would have used a dining table but appreciated the extra seating. Rapid response when we had trouble with the ice drawer. Called Ola regarding another issue, and response was immediate. Warning: I got a note on my door, within 1 hour of draping 2 damp towels on fufniture on the linai, (not on the railinl). Apparently this was against house rules. • Sep 25, 2022 Excellent all the way around! The photos of this unit do not do it justice! The beach is much closer than it looks. Sunsets are fabulous. Pools are great. Accommodations are comfortable. Super clean. Responsive management, lovely folks at the front desk. Would stay here again! Only thing that would make it better would be a slide from the balcony to the beach- -- haha! Seriously, everything was great. The only thing I'd recommend would be to have some printed info such as "Welcome to Ko'Olina", a map of the area,history of the lagoons, places to eat, shop etc. in the condo. • Oct 18, 2021 Great place to stay The Sunsets are fantastic from the beach tower west side! The complex and our room was very clean, the pools are just the right temperature, it’s nice to have the bar so close to the pool, and the lagoons are so well-kept and beautiful, it’s such a nice walk from one end of the property to the other and there are stores nearby if you need some thing in a hurry! Parking is right there for easy access AND ALL OF THE WORKERS ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! A special thank you to “Pam” who met us when we arrived and went over all the amenities with us! • Jun 22, 2021 Great. Vacation Our stay in Hawaii was awesome thanks to the beach villas. My family and I loved the quiet and far less crowded atmosphere of Ko O'lina. The semiprivate beach lagoon was so beautiful. Our villa had a awesome view of the sunsets every night. The check in and out through the front desk was so convenient. • Apr 06, 2016 Spring Break 2016 This place was truly amazing. We had only a couple minor issues. Master bathroom drain was somewhat clogged and some of the kitchen appliances were not quite up to par. Other than that we never once heard our neighbors which confirms the quality of the construction. Sunset views from the balcony every night with the waves crashing was breathtaking. • Aug 09, 2015 Amazing Vacation!! The Ko Olina Beach Villa was the perfect setting for our family vacation!! The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for the week. The staff was also very helpful in every way. We spent some time at the poolside bar and the bartenders there were amazing. They were so friendly and gave great advice for local favorite spots. • Jul 28, 2015 Ready for another stay our experience in Oahu at Ko Olina Beach was fantastic. the day before we left home we received a call from a representative of the property to let us know that she was there to help and answer any questions we had. she also told us she would be at the check in desk to walk us through that process and then to escort us to our villa and show us everything we needed to know about the property. thank you Pam for all you did. the day we arrived we meet several members of the staff, one being Keith, and everyone was fantastic; but Keith stood out. for one or 2 members of this staff to stand out is saying something because everyone was great and went out of their way to help. Keith was personable, helpful and made us feel like we where the only ones that mattered in the villas. in the week we where there we saw Keith multiple times while he performed his duties on the property and every time he knew our names, he engaged us in conversation and ensured we where happy with our stay. if we had a question he would answer it or find the answer for us. you could not ask for a better interaction. and finally another employee of the property that was above the rest was Marcy. she also was incredible. she would greet us every time she saw us with a smile. she was helpful beyond what was needed. we would ask questions about the local culture and she would provide detailed answers. she was very personable and informative. we have never stayed anywhere that did more for us than the beach villas did. we visited the Marriott and Disney resort which are on either side and found that both are over priced and staffs not near as friendly. • Jul 13, 2015 Trip Like A Dream Each night, looking out over the ocean from the deck of our unit, we would ask ourselves if we were just dreaming. Each night the sunsets were different and amazing. We enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the property: the koi ponds, the quiet pool, the grills where we met people from all over the country while cooking our meals by the pool, the live music at the bar while we watched the sun set.
