• Mar 14, 2026 We had a fabulous week in this lovely condo with family despite the rain and flooding. The management company was in constant contact from the moment I booked the place, to confirming our arrival time, having a greeter to expedite our check in and escort us to the condo and walk through all the mechanics, to recommending activities. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to reduce our costs by cooking breakfast and a couple of dinners while there. We loved the views, pools, and the lagoons. Having an in suite washer and dryer was a great amenity. All in, I highly recommend this property and will be back. Show more Show less Cynthia B

• Jul 05, 2024 This condo is perfect. The views are amazing. The masterbath does have a separate tub and a walk in shower. Comes fully equipped in kitchen, regular coffee maker. • Feb 21, 2024 Great condo with beautiful view. High quality appliances in a great kitchen. Washer/dryer allows you to pack light. Wonderful restaurants and mini mall with shops all within walking distance. Loved the tiki bar on site with live music every night but Sunday. Staff was prompt and helpful. • Dec 11, 2022 Perfect for an easy vacation with small kids The apartment is very well equipped and very nice. The beds are very comfortable and the showers work very well. The swimming pools are beautiful and the spas very well maintained. In the mornings we always fes the koi fish and it was very easy to go in and out of the apartment and go back to the swimming pool or to the beach. The nearby resorts all have restaurants that you can walk to in 10 min, so everything was very convenient. In addition door dash and Instacart deliver food to the lobby if you need it! • Nov 27, 2022 Ohana I chose this resort without knowing the area and by what I saw online . After arriving we were blown away by the beautiful grounds and beach lagoon . The condo was perfect ! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrises and sunsets . We had 13 in our group and we were all very happy with the amenities in the condos and how accommodating they were . The pools and grounds were immaculate! We enjoyed walking the paths to the shops and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to Waikiki , North Shore and Honolulu to see the sights . The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Ko Olina Beach Towers I would highly recommend staying when coming to Oahu. We will be back . • Oct 07, 2022 Five Star This was our first visit to Hawaii and this was a bucket list trip. An amazing place to vacation for 2 weeks and wouldn't have wanted to stay any shorter. We loved the fact that the pool and bbq were cleaned each and every day. The grounds were kept in beautiful condition. We also enjoyed the on site bar but would be nice to have some more food options. The staff in the lobby were always extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Another nice feature was the additional amenities provided in the condo such as a cooler, beach chairs, flippers, etc. Loved the fact that there was an Ice maker in the fridge which we used all the time. The dryer in our unit seemed to take a really long time to dry clothes, like I'm talking over 2 hours depending on the load and sometimes didn't fully dry them. Loved that there were no odours in the hallways or elevators. We had an amazing vacation and would not hesitate to book another rental with Ola Properties. Show more Show less Donna V

• Jun 07, 2017 Great view of lagoon and pool Unit was in great location, however the washer in unit was not working well. A red light was flashing indicating a leak. The broom was wet (it was stored next to washer). Maintenance came by and fixed washer, but the red light came back on so we didn't want to use again. I did call maintenance but I didn't receive a response. Otherwise unit was clean, modern, and the assigned parking spot was in perfect location. Unit also had a kids booster seat for dining table which was a wonderful bonus for us. Lanai had a spectacular view and the staff was welcoming. • Jun 02, 2015 Perfect For Family Location. Beach Villas Ko olina is nestled between J.W. Marriot and Aulani Disney Resort and is situated about 30-45 mins from Honolulu in a gated resort community that has a golf course and 3 man made lagoons. The lagoons are white sand beaches that have rock walls to keep the waves away and waters calm perfect for family and children. Environment. It is very safe and secure. The area feels as though it is exclusive to people who are guest of the three resorts. I viewed all three and in my opinion the Beach Villas is the least commercial, closet to the beach, and has the least amount of traffic. I would say it is seems most private of the 3. Condo Unit. For vacationers who prefer to stay in a condo environment vs. a hotel room, Beach Villas offers a spacious 2 bedroom, well furnished condo, complete with all appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, top-end) and even beach gear, toys and supply. The room was beautifully decorated with a Hawaiian themed decor - very fitting. Also a favorite was the living room glass wall that would open and extend directly to the large patio. The condo is especially fitting for larger families, families traveling with grandma and grandpa or even 2 couples with children. Building Amenities. Always important when staying somewhere are the building amenities. Beach Villas has a well equipped modern gym, a full size lap pool and a beautiful theme pool complete with children's play beach. • Jan 29, 2014 Luxurious The accommodations at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina are amazing. We stayed in Beach Tower 505. This unit faced North East, towards the Marriott Timeshare resort. We watched the sunrise from our balcony over the mountains...and by about 3pm, the sun had moved to where it is no longer directly shining into the unit. Something to consider if this is important to you. The only downside to the Beach Tower units, in my opinion, is that because they are right over the Family Pool area...there is quite a bit of "children playing" noise. This trip was just my wife and I..hoping for some peace and relaxation. We found this at the "Quiet Pool", located in front of the Ocean Towers. Next visit, we will stay in this building. The bar down by the beach was great...as was Marcy, the bartender. My only other complaint is related to their in unit TV. They have a beautiful Sony 50" flat panel on the wall....and yet they do not have it hooked up to the cable box properly to view any HD content. We arrived right before the NFL playoffs...and because the non HD picture on the big TV was so terrible...I watched all the games down at the beach bar. (which was fun).
