Aug 06, 2024 I like the fact that its quiet not too crowded. I enjoy the condo feel since I'm with family. The laundry in the unit is very convenient. I enjoy the early morning and evening walks. It is so relaxing. I will love to go back here again. Fernando Bacala Jr

May 31, 2023 Four Star We had a multi-generational one week family stay at Beach Villas at Koolina BT204 and it was fabulous! The unit was spacious, clean, well-equipped with a wonderful partial ocean view and (at least currently) an empty field/space next door which gave it a wonderful open feeling. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and enjoyed the pool and beautiful lagoon, morning walks and ice cream cones at Black Sheep Cream co. The staff and concierge were all wonderfully helpful. We would love to come back for another stay. I would say the dining/sitting area rug is due for a shampoo, but that would be my only critique. I'm also a local based travel agent and feel like Ola Properties and their units at the Beach Villas at Ko'olina are something I can highly recommend to my clients. Mahalo! Kim J

May 20, 2023 2 week family trip we had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks. it had everything we needed to feel at home. plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. parking spots are a bit tight but we managed. we would definitely return to this villa if we were back on Oahu. Oct 31, 2022 BT-204 excellent!! This spacious villa was more than ample for our family vacation. It was stocked with every amenity we needed for a relaxing vacation...from kitchen gadgets to beach necessities. The location was perfect to hop between the villa and the north shore or the east side of the island. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for a vacation mixed with relaxation and adventure. Amie N

Aug 25, 2021 Beautiful stay and fun family vacation! Our family loved staying here! Our 3 bedroom was beautiful, clean and very spacious for 8 people. My favorite part was the big lanai that overlooked part of the lagoon. Our room included some beach chairs, toys and cooler which was very convenient. This resort was not as crowded at the others nearby and we look forward to coming back here again! Tazia P

The room itself was very nice as well. And I loved the beach at the resort. It was never too crowded and the water was calm, so great for snorkeling! Jamie H
