• Jul 01, 2025 Our stay was phenomenal! Our stay was phenomenal! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and exuded a serene, chill vibe that made our vacation unforgettable. The host’s attention to detail was outstanding, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local gems. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem for a dreamy Hawaiian escape! • Jan 28, 2025 Our stay was amazing! The unit was so comfortable for our whole family and it had beach equipment which was a huge plus for us! Our lagoon was empty compared to next door and that made things even more awesome. The host was pleasant and helpful and got us anything we needed additionally while we were there. • Sep 14, 2024 Great property . It was pretty quiet there . The beach at the cove was wonderful and not busy . We were happy for the closet full of beach supplies .( Chairs , umbrella, cooler , boogie boards ) There were lots of kids beach toys as well . The ac worked great and the beds were all comfortable . We walked to Paradise Cove for a Lua and there are several restaurants in walking distance . Although we did not need anything , the greeter let us know they would replenish any supplies ( laundry detergent , soap, ect. We also liked the location a lot as it is away from the busy city but close enough to get anywhere on the island with a short drive. • Aug 26, 2023 Nice property We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s perfect when you need a 2bd/2bth. You’ll notice that all properties at the Beach Villas look similar, so it’s really about location. This is a 2nd floor unit in the Beach Tower (closest to the ocean). While not direct ocean frontage, it has a very nice ocean view from the lanai and is very convenient to get in/out. Close to stairs and elevator, but not loud or high traffic. The parking is directly below the unit, while some parking is under the other tower. Just a warning that parking spaces are very tight and take some maneuvering for larger vehicles. The only criticism we had of the unit is that the couches and couch pillows are worn and could use replacement (note that one is a sleeper). Jordan from Ola Properties met us on arrival and was very nice, showing us the parking spot and the unit. This room does overlook a small public parking lot, but unlike the picture on the website, there are taller trees/bushes that block the view. You can also see the ramp to the underground parking. Neither were issues for us. This lagoon and property overall seemed the least busy which was nice. We visited Aulani and the Marriott, and both were much more crowded (although they also have more activities/amenities/options for food). This lagoon also has nice shady spots to take advantage of. If you’re trying to decide if the Ko Olina area is where you should stay, it’s a very nice area, built specifically as a tourist area. It has a small shopping area about a 15 min walk away with some restaurants and shops (plus an ABC Store) and a golf course. You really need a car if you’re planning on seeing other areas like Waikiki or the North Shore. There is a grocery store and Costco about 15 min away by car. Both Waikiki and the North Shore are ~30 min away depending on traffic. Diamond Head is an hour to 1.5 hours, same for Kualoa Ranch. We did a lot of driving based on what we wanted to do. The lagoons are nice and protected. Good snorkeling, good for kids. But if your vision is a long beach that goes for miles with big waves rolling in, this is not that.
