• Sep 17, 2023 Perfect for Families We are so glad we picked Beach Villas at Ko Olina and especially suite BT-107. My wife and I took our daughter, son-in-law and their 1 and 3 year old children. We loved the ground floor access, the size of the unit, and proximity to the beach and pool. The unit also had a good supply of dishes and beach chairs and toys. We also liked that the resort was not overly crowded and hectic as compared to the other 3 resorts in the area. Show more Show less Dave R

• Jun 05, 2023 Everything and More Our stay was everything we could've asked for and more. The property was awesome and our room (BT-107) was immaculate. We loved being on the first floor, with the small grass area out the lanai. Just to the left of our room, in front of unit 105, was a gate that lead directly to the pool area, along with quick access to the grills, pool bar and the lagoon beach. The unit itself provided everything our family needed: space (three bedrooms/three baths), a fully furnished kitchen with any utensils and cooking accessories needed. The lanai was used every day for hanging out and having meals. There were six Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, and many beach toys (noodles, boogie boards, etc) available for use. The property did not seem overly crowded, which we really enjoyed. It was a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The lagoon beach was excellent. It even provided adequate snorkeling opportunities. The grassy area between building and the beach was a nice addition. We would definitely choose this property again and will encourage friends to as well. Show more Show less Joe C
• Apr 29, 2023 Perfect vacation! We recently stayed at the beach villas with 2 small children. The rental was perfect! We loved being on the ground floor so our children could play in the gardens and watch everyone in the pool. You are steps from the gorgeous lagoons and the rental was very clean and very well stocked. We rented some baby supplies with a local company and it was all set up and waiting for us when we arrived. • Jun 28, 2022 Great Location Having toddlers and preschoolers, we enjoyed the convenience of this first floor unit with its ability to reach the pool off the patio. The unit didn’t contain unnecessary decorations that would be a problem for the little ones. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and we have enjoyed the comfortable beds and convenient kitchen and laundry and multiple bathrooms for our family. Loved it! Show more Show less Julie C
• Mar 14, 2022 Beach Villas at Ko Olina - AMAZING Property! Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that walked out onto the pool area was beautiful. The property is so well maintained, and the staff is very courteous and responsive. There are so many things to do right on site, with the golf course, restaurants, the Island Market, the clean beach area. The pool area is pristine and Ola Properties supplied anything we would need during our stay - beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogy boards, etc. I highly recommend staying with them! • Dec 29, 2021 Amazing accommodation! Our family just returned from our week long vacation in BT-107. I have to say this is likely one of the best situated villas in all of the Ko Olina Beach tower or Ocean Tower. Being on the ground floor with direct access to the pools without having to go on elevators or even the hallways just added to the vacation experience. It was so fantastic to have the extra lawns space off of the lanai for everyone. Got to watch the sunrise in the morning and had plenty of sunshine all day. The villa itself is spatious and well appointed. The master bedroom even had a walk in closet with a door which we used as a little mini bedroom for our two year old granddaughter! The unit already had a pack n play for her and also lawn chairs and water toys for the beach. We would HIGHLY recommend this villa if you are planning to stay at Ko Olina. Show more Show less Ted H
• Oct 29, 2021 AMAZING! From check in to check out this vacation rental was Top Notch! We had 5 adults staying in a 3 bedroom /3 bathroom. Tons of room to gather or to retreat to your own room. The ground floor unit was perfect for access to the pools, beach bar or the lagoon beach. Unit itself was clean and everything worked. The bench outside had pool and beach supplies. I wish the bar was open later, that the Beach villa's themselves had a small restaurant but other than that this was perfect. we stayed in Hawaii for 12 nights and 7 were here. • Mar 19, 2017 “Beach Villa 107 + Kids = Paradise” We spent a week in Beach Villa 107 with our daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandkids. Beach Villa 107 could not have been better. We arrived late, but Monica from Ola Properties met us and helped transport our luggage and gave us the orientation tour. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms ensured that everyone slept well and were cleaned and bathed/showered everyday - gotta get rid of the sand! The kitchen was well-equipped although after using a gas stove at home for so long, the electric stove was a challenge. We needed a pack 'n play for our almost 2-year old granddaughter and Blayne from Ola Properties was kind enough to provide one, which he left in the condo for our arrival. It fit nicely in the huge master closet, thus almost making a 4th bedroom for the toddler. The condo included a large TV and cable in the living room and smaller TVs in the bedrooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. The condo also came with four beach chairs, a boogie board, sand toys for the kids, and an array of snorkel gear and fins. Wow! The fact that we were on the first floor, gave us a nice grassy area adjacent to the lanai. We were able to go out a gate to the massive lagoon-shaped pool and also access the heated "quiet" pool. There is also a large koi pond with massive koi that they feed twice a day - quite an event! The beach is just out of the gate from the condo building and what a beach! It is a man-made protected cove with clean sand and mild waves, which made it perfect for the little girls. Surprisingly, there was some decent snorkeling in this protected cove and while the number of fish wasn't overpowering, there were enough of them, and enough of a variety, to make it interesting. Of the three coves, this is the only one that is not tied to a massive hotel, and thus the beach was fairly empty. This is a beautiful condo, in a great location, and perfect for a family vacation. It will be our go-to vacation spot for years to come. Room Tip: Ground floor is most convenient to the pools and beach, upper floors have better views.
