Feb 04, 2023 Beautiful home, nicely stocked and comfortable for families. Couple of things that could be updated in the home such as a functioning ice maker, wine fridge, the master bath tub and a charged pool/ whirlpool remote would bring the house to a 5/5. Overall happy, the dynamics between the Four Seasons resort and residential concierge were a bit confusing but my family/friends and I were eventually able to navigate well after a few days. Each December, Hualalai Resort holds its annual Chairman’s Club event. This event may result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion.
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

The luxurious primary suite offers a king size bed, seating area, 40” smart flat screen television, sliding doors to outdoor living, a large walk-in closet and an opulent en-suite bath with sleek black granite, dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Guest suites #1 and #2 offer king beds, wall-mounted flat screen televisions, sliding doors with outdoor access and large full baths with walk-in showers. The second guest suite has its own private entrance off the courtyard. The home's fourth bedroom, guest suite #3, offers an en suite full bath and either a king bed.

Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
