  • Aug 23, 2024 Spent the month at this great house! We spent all of July 2024 at this home and it was a lovely stay. It has everything you need and is very convenient to downtown Honolulu or the windward side of Oahu. During the day we had the large doors in the main living area open, so that we could hear the waves and bring the outdoors inside. If you have a larger group, there is an extra guest apartment, and the downstairs bedroom can be closed off for more privacy. We'd definitely stay again! Grace M

We spent all of July at the house, and it had everything we needed - from an abundance of towels and kitchen wares, to ample starter supplies and water floats. It's spacious with amazing ocean and Wailupe Peninsula views. The bedrooms are private with dedicated bathrooms, and one could almost be considered its own studio apartment downstairs. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool or sitting on the shallow portion, and we explored the reefs along the beach. Finally, very detailed instructions on the ins and outs of the house were provided, including recommendations and telephone numbers. Our family highly recommends this property! Grace M

As you arrive at Wailupe Seaside 4 Bedroom, the first thing you’ll notice is the striking contrast between the peaceful oceanfront setting and its close proximity to the excitement of Honolulu. The home is nestled on the southeast shoreline of Oahu, between Kahala and Hawaii Kai, offering breathtaking ocean vistas and sunsets. The house has quite a bit of stairs, so it might not be the best fit for those who find stairs difficult or prefer a place without them.

Accommodations in this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home cater to up to 10 guests as follows:

Primary Bedroom (Room #1): Situated on the 2nd level with a King bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and dual vanity areas.

Room #2: Also on the 2nd level, featuring a Queen bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination.

Room #3: A Queen-size bed with air conditioning, located on the 2nd level. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located nearby.

Downstairs Suite (Room #4): This secluded area offers direct beach access and includes 2 Queen beds (separable by mahogany doors for privacy), a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchenette, AC, and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub and shower. It also houses the laundry facilities.

For larger groups, an additional Guest “Ohana” or Cottage is available for rent, featuring 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with air conditioning, and a private beachfront garden area.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of two open-air parking spaces on the driveway.
