Jan 20, 2025 Awesome place, clean, well equipped, and confortable. The area is gorgeous, especially the little Hideaway Beach (walking distance). Also, the contact with the owner is super easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back. Mahalo! François Chassaigne

It is in the perfect location - between the gorgeous mountains and the beach, and close to the town of hanalei which has tons of adorable shops and restaurants. It is also walking distance to hideaway beach which is beautiful and secluded. The house was so peaceful and super clean. It had all the amenities listed. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfasts and sitting out on the balcony every morning admiring the view. We would love to stay here again in the future! Erica Zabel

Mar 23, 2024 We had a great time at Makanalani. It really felt like our own place; it's well-designed, comfy, and has its own unique charm. The kitchen was awesome - it had everything we needed and more for cooking. Plus, it's right across the street from this amazing spot to watch the sunset. Parking was easy and right next to the house, which was a big plus. The views were absolutely amazing, especially from the super comfy balcony. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Jared Muysson

Jan 15, 2024 Beautiful location! We loved seeing the mountains and lush foliage from the lanai in the back and being able to cross the road in front of the house and see the ocean. I was so glad there were 2 beaches within walking distance, as there was very limited parking if one would have to drive to either of the beaches. The house was very comfortable and well equipped.
