The BBQ and outdoor shower was a bonus after a day at the beach. Easy 20 minute walk into town was easy for daily shopping. We cooked most of our meals in a nicely stocked kitchen. Lara T

The layout was as described so with 3 couples we had to knock before entering bathroom and walk through bedroom. There were limited supplies in the kitchen and bathroom.   • Nov 04, 2024 This property has absolutely amazing views!!!! The photos do not do it justice!! The home is somewhat dated (the kitchen area is older) but it was very clean. We always wipe any place we stay prior to unpacking. The cleaning wipes were clean. It has beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs etc... We cook our own meals due to food intolerances and allergies. The home has everything you need to cook all your meals. There is ac units in all 3 bedrooms which DO cool the entire home which is a must in the islands. The yard is beautiful as well. We spent the entire time that we were at the home outside enjoying the view!! Beautiful sunsets! We would stay again!! Kimberly Z

On main road into center of Kailua Kona, walkable, accessible to a lot of activities, beaches, stores,etc but felt very private. On the water with beautiful views, wonderful sunsets, stargazing. Outdoor shower practically under blooming frangipani trees. Beds were comfortable. Unusual lay out of rooms but my adult children felt well accommodated and we had plenty of private space. The bedrooms stay cool at night with the window air conditioners and the beds were really comfortable.   • Feb 23, 2024 Although we both grew up near the ocean, being steps from the waves lapping on the lava rocks was something special. Breakfast on the deck and cocktails toasting the setting sun were both very special. We even viewed whales breeching a few hundred yards offshore one morning. Located next to Honl's Beach, it was a short and easy stroll into town, yet close enough to golf courses, snorkeling tours and the amazing Volcanoes National Park. Our next visit to the Hawaiian Islands will once again require being steps from the sea. Donn L

Located next to Honl's Beach, it was a short and easy stroll into town, yet close enough to golf courses, snorkeling tours and the amazing Volcanoes National Park. Our next visit to the Hawaiian Islands will once again require being steps from the sea. Donn L

Mar 24, 2023 This property suited our adult family perfectly. We loved snorkeling right from the property and the outdoor shower made rinsing off so nice! We watched whales breaching one morning and enjoyed the quick walk into town. A classic beach house with a great location. Anne D
