May 09, 2024 We had the best stay here. One of our favorite things to do was have a cup of coffee on the lanai and look out to the ocean. The view was perfect! Was a short walk to the downtown area where all the restaurants are. The place had beach chairs and umbrellas which was perfect for a beach day. The bedroom was huge and had a very comfortable bed. May 01, 2024 The apartment was great and is located in a magnificent location near Kona. The kitchen, bathroom etc very clean and the beds are very comfy. Apr 21, 2024 Looked like the photos. Nicely furnished tastefully decorated with the Hawaiian flair. Great views and could hear and see the ocean on lanai. Kitchen was well stocked, comfortable bed and very clean. Lovely sunset views from beach/pool area. We were out and about sightseeing so didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would’ve liked. Becky Werner

Apr 07, 2024 This is an awesome property to stay at if you are visiting the Kona area. This unit had incredible views and the nice deck furniture made deck time very enjoyable. This unit is as you see in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need (beach chairs, towels, cooler etc) and there was even some tasty Kona coffee there for us to enjoy. The unit is very spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice quality small appliances as well as cookware and utensils. The grounds, pool area and BBQ's are impeccably kept up. The property management was very responsive to inquiries when we called about a slow drain in the kitchen. It was remedied the same day. Access to the unit and parking was very convenient. The carts to load your items was a nice touch. All in all a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this property. We hope to be back! Sep 06, 2023 One of the best AiBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in! We loved our time @the condo. It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with so much one could wish for on vacation. The kitchen is comprehensive in its provisions…it was like cooking at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens of high quality. Super appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too! The view is exquisite, the property is lovely (fabulous sunsets!) and the condo is peaceful and quiet inside. This AirBnb goes beyond the standard basic necessities. Jul 29, 2023 Nice Vacation 1. The bedding and towels were really clean and comfortable. 2. Despite the long trip, the bed mattress was comfortable so I was able to sleep well. 3. The location of the accommodation is in front of the sea, so drinking coffee on the veranda was the best. 4. The accommodation's garden is beautifully maintained, making you feel like you're in a fairy tale country. 5. Convenient facilities such as supermarkets, gas stations, and cafes are nearby. 6. Jul 20, 2023 My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved EVERYTHING about the condo. Great location, very clean, every household item you could need, plus some. Beautiful views and quiet condo complex. Word of caution, the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but still worth the trek up for the views and vaulted ceilings. Conveniently located near downtown Kailua-Kona, you'll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali'i Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahu'ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
People and cruise ship watch from the Kailua-Kona Pier, where you'll have access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, and dolphin and whale watching.
