  • Mar 07, 2026 Absolutely loved this home!! My daughter and I come to The Big Island every year and this is one of the best places we have stayed. You cannot beat the view and sound of the ocean waves crashing on the lava rocks from the 3rd floor!!! The pool area is also wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs and a hot tub. Very walkable and had a lot of fun doing my 3-4 mile morning walks up toward Magic Sands, or heading into town with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The Green Flash coffee house is just a 5 min walk away. It is very close to a great snorkeling beach also. We did not do any stove cooking, but this home is supplied with all the cooking amenities you would need, as well as a large and small coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The host / Gather Vacations were incredibly responsive to any issues we had. My daughter is already planning our next vacation here. I highly recommend this place! Lorri L
  • Jan 03, 2026 This spot was so great. This spot was so great. Compared to other Airbnb’s it went above and beyond in the kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. The pool and shared space was beautiful and so clean. The only downer was the rules were quite strict in the pool. No toys, balls or fins in the pool. No children allowed in the hot tub. They have board members monitoring everything. So as long as you aren’t looking to play and instead relax at the pool this is your spot. Megan W

The pool area was very nice (although too busy to actually use it) We appreciated having the nice snorkel gear, boogie boards and umbrella. Would have been nice to also have had beach chairs. It was close to the downtown, very clean and well equipped, and had a lovely view of the ocean. Compared to nearby hotels, this was very reasonably priced. I felt very fortunate to have a washer and dryer during this trip as we did a lot of outdoor activities. The pool was very well maintained as were the exterior, lush gardens. I will definitely return to Kona and hope to stay here again! Andrea K

Items for the beach (towels, beach bag, cooler, snorkel gear) came in handy. Guide book for the island also was really handy. Easy access to downtown for shopping and restaurants, short drive from airport, and short drive to grocery store. Great location! The complex is quiet - very relaxing. We'd stay here again. Kate B

You can take the rental bikes to get downtown or even walk. Nice, simple pool area, hot tub, good tennis courts, views were great. Location was key for us. This unit is well decorated and is very functional. Also, hosts have it well stoked with things to help your vacation - beach chairs, cooler, and other things that are nice to have but wouldn’t bring along in your suitcase. We really enjoyed it. Kona was close enough to walk to (or a short drive) for restaurants and shops. The lanai was perfect for any time of the day or night, and the grounds were outstanding for pool use, grilling, or taking in the sunset! We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family! I highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t realize was that there’s no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor so it’s not ADA friendly.   • Apr 07, 2024 This is an awesome property to stay at if you are visiting the Kona area. This unit had incredible views and the nice deck furniture made deck time very enjoyable. This unit is as you see in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need (beach chairs, towels, cooler etc) and there was even some tasty Kona coffee there for us to enjoy. The unit is very spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice quality small appliances as well as cookware and utensils. The grounds, pool area and BBQ's are impeccably kept up. The property management was very responsive to inquiries when we called about a slow drain in the kitchen. It was remedied the same day. Access to the unit and parking was very convenient. The carts to load your items was a nice touch. All in all a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this property. We hope to be back! The plants and landscaping, trees and pool were beautiful . I Loved the view of the ocean right from the lanai. The condo was tastefully decorated and I loved the art and decor. The condo was nice and clean, well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. I was glad for having a washer and dryer and a bathtub and shower combo. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well when we needed it. The a/c in the main part of the condo did not quite keep it as cool, but we were out doing things most of the daytime when it was warmest in the condo. The mattresses were very comfortable memory foam. I really appreciated having a comfortable bed and pillows along wClean and quality linens and towels were also much appreciated.   • Jan 03, 2024 We would highly recommend and absolutely stay at this rental again! The views were spectacular and the property had everything we needed. While we did need a car to get to most restaurants, it was a very short and easy drive to so many great spots. We loved spending time on the lanai and enjoying the ocean view. It is a very quiet, peaceful and relaxing community so make sure that is the vibe you are looking for! For us it was, and we loved it! Kylie P

The linen, toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods and laundry pods were well stocked and they even had some bottled water in the fridge for us on arrival! Loved the location, few minutes from a strip of restaurants and close to some public. beaches. The ease of use for the Bluetooth speakers and television really helped, thank you for the package of Kona coffee, the bedroom did have some light coming through but we were trying to stay on our local time so we're waking up at 4am or so anyway. Really well stocked and plenty of wall/door hooks for our towels. Wish we had more time as I would have loved to take advantage of the condo amenities like the ping pong tables, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and fitness center. Was able to use the gas grills for a night and cooked some delicious steaks. King size bed was really comfortable and liked that they some extra pillows in the closet. Also, we loved that they had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use ! Craig J

The location of the accommodation is in front of the sea, so drinking coffee on the veranda was the best. 4. The accommodation's garden is beautifully maintained, making you feel like you're in a fairy tale country. 5. Convenient facilities such as supermarkets, gas stations, and cafes are nearby. 6. Oct 16, 2025 We had a great time! The overall look and feel of the condo was very nice and matched the description. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and the property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was very nice (although too busy to actually use it) We appreciated having the nice snorkel gear, boogie boards and umbrella. Would have been nice to also have had beach chairs. The property is in a great central location for exploring north and south Kona. We had a great time! Susan L

Aug 02, 2025 hope to stay here again! We just returned from a week stay in Kona. This rental was the perfect fit! It was close to the downtown, very clean and well equipped, and had a lovely view of the ocean. Compared to nearby hotels, this was very reasonably priced. I felt very fortunate to have a washer and dryer during this trip as we did a lot of outdoor activities. The pool was very well maintained as were the exterior, lush gardens. I will definitely return to Kona and hope to stay here again! Andrea K

Dec 30, 2024 Place was as promised. View of the beautiful sunset every night from the balcony. Kitchen well appointed and able to cook when desired. Loft space was perfect for our boys to sleep. Items for the beach (towels, beach bag, cooler, snorkel gear) came in handy. Guide book for the island also was really handy. Easy access to downtown for shopping and restaurants, short drive from airport, and short drive to grocery store. Great location! The complex is quiet - very relaxing. We'd stay here again. Kate B
Dec 02, 2024 We really enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Easy enough to get to downtown and for all the activities we did. You can take the rental bikes to get downtown or even walk. Nice, simple pool area, hot tub, good tennis courts, views were great. Location was key for us. This unit is well decorated and is very functional. Also, hosts have it well stoked with things to help your vacation - beach chairs, cooler, and other things that are nice to have but wouldn’t bring along in your suitcase. We really enjoyed it. Oct 03, 2024 Everything was as pictured. A very nice, peaceful place with a great view! We could cook any meal and wash clothes, all while enjoying the scenery. Kona was close enough to walk to (or a short drive) for restaurants and shops. The lanai was perfect for any time of the day or night, and the grounds were outstanding for pool use, grilling, or taking in the sunset! We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family! Aug 22, 2024 I loved this place and would definitely come back. I needed assistance with early check-in and with getting an item delivered via fedex and the team went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t realize was that there’s no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor so it’s not ADA friendly. Apr 07, 2024 This is an awesome property to stay at if you are visiting the Kona area. This unit had incredible views and the nice deck furniture made deck time very enjoyable. This unit is as you see in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need (beach chairs, towels, cooler etc) and there was even some tasty Kona coffee there for us to enjoy. The unit is very spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice quality small appliances as well as cookware and utensils. The grounds, pool area and BBQ's are impeccably kept up. The property management was very responsive to inquiries when we called about a slow drain in the kitchen. It was remedied the same day. Access to the unit and parking was very convenient. The carts to load your items was a nice touch. All in all a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this property. We hope to be back! Mar 14, 2024 A very nice and peaceful place to stay! The location was convenient to most places we wanted to go as was on Alii Drive and fairly centrally located. The plants and landscaping, trees and pool were beautiful . I Loved the view of the ocean right from the lanai. The condo was tastefully decorated and I loved the art and decor. The condo was nice and clean, well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. I was glad for having a washer and dryer and a bathtub and shower combo. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well when we needed it. The a/c in the main part of the condo did not quite keep it as cool, but we were out doing things most of the daytime when it was warmest in the condo. The mattresses were very comfortable memory foam. I really appreciated having a comfortable bed and pillows along wClean and quality linens and towels were also much appreciated. Jan 03, 2024 We would highly recommend and absolutely stay at this rental again! The views were spectacular and the property had everything we needed. While we did need a car to get to most restaurants, it was a very short and easy drive to so many great spots. We loved spending time on the lanai and enjoying the ocean view. It is a very quiet, peaceful and relaxing community so make sure that is the vibe you are looking for! For us it was, and we loved it! Kylie P

The linen, toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods and laundry pods were well stocked and they even had some bottled water in the fridge for us on arrival! Loved the location, few minutes from a strip of restaurants and close to some public. beaches. The ease of use for the Bluetooth speakers and television really helped, thank you for the package of Kona coffee, the bedroom did have some light coming through but we were trying to stay on our local time so we're waking up at 4am or so anyway. Really well stocked and plenty of wall/door hooks for our towels. Wish we had more time as I would have loved to take advantage of the condo amenities like the ping pong tables, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and fitness center. Was able to use the gas grills for a night and cooked some delicious steaks. King size bed was really comfortable and liked that they some extra pillows in the closet. Also, we loved that they had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use ! Craig J

Jul 29, 2023 Nice Vacation 1. The bedding and towels were really clean and comfortable. 2. Despite the long trip, the bed mattress was comfortable so I was able to sleep well. 3. The location of the accommodation is in front of the sea, so drinking coffee on the veranda was the best. 4. The accommodation's garden is beautifully maintained, making you feel like you're in a fairy tale country. 5. Convenient facilities such as supermarkets, gas stations, and cafes are nearby. 6.
